Does what it’s designed to do
This is an overall good and sturdy product – thick handle, sturdy weight (doesn’t feel like it will break easily), and easily minces what’s in the pan. The only reason that it didn’t get 5 stars is because the design makes it just a bit difficult to clean. The tight angles of the spiral toward the middle make it difficult to get to if meat or other debris gets in there. Other than that, it’s a good product especially for the price.

I have wanted one of these forever. I ordered two so I could gift one to my son. I used it last night for a sausage dish and it works great.
