What makes our products unique?
Focusing on the three major areas of quality, function, and appearance, Momcozy continues to optimize product performance in terms of humanized design, material upgrades, and process innovation.
Cold Therapy for Cooling Relief – Simply freeze the Momcozy breast therapy packs at -18℃/-0.4℉ for at least 4 hours. Use them cold after nursing, pumping, or a long day of breastfeeding to enjoy a refreshing, cooling sensation that helps you relax and feel more at ease. Ideal for breastfeeding moms, exclusive pumpers, and those using a wearable breast pump—perfect for soothing after extended nursing sessions or night feedings.
Hot Therapy for Warm Comfort – Heat in boiling water (over 80℃/176℉) for 2 minutes or in the microwave for 70 seconds at 350 watts. Use warm therapy before breastfeeding or pumping to help stimulate milk flow, ease let-down, and enhance comfort. Perfect for preparing before early morning feedings or increasing comfort during long pumping sessions at work or on the go.
Larger Design for Full Breast Coverage – Featuring an extra-large size and gel-filled design, these breastfeeding heat and ice packs provide 360° coverage, fitting comfortably inside nursing bras or around breast pumps. Convenient for working moms, postpartum recovery, and on-the-go nursing mothers
Essential for Breastfeeding & Postpartum Recovery – Designed for new moms, expecting mothers, and postpartum care, these hot and cold breast therapy packs make a perfect baby shower gift, hospital bag essential, and breastfeeding support tool.
Safe to Use – The gel is non-toxic and BPA/ BPS free, making it a reliable choice. The soft and flexible material is also gentle on your skin.

Not too bad
These are pretty useful, up until getting them I had been using a hot towel and this is pretty much the same amt of work. I heated them up for 2 minutes per the instructions, in boiling water, took them out and put them in the pouches, which are thin, but not super soft. As many reviews say, they can get damaged when being used in the microwave so I never used them like that.Theyâre a little bit difficult to get the temperature right, but it regulates quickly. From out of the boiling water and on my chest, they stayed hot for about 13 minutes, and warm for another 5-7 minutes totaling about 20 minutes of heat therapy. They fit around the pump flanges well. Iâm a DD and they cover only about half of the breast but can be positioned to cover the top of the breast or off to the side towards the armpit.

Must-Have for Breastfeeding Relief!
These Momcozy therapy packs have been a total lifesaver during my breastfeeding journey. Whether I needed cold relief for engorgement or heat for clogged ducts, they worked perfectly. The shape fits comfortably around the breast and even fits inside my bra, which made multitasking easier.Theyâre super easy to heat up or freeze, and the soft cover feels gentle on the skin. I noticed a big difference in comfort during pumping sessions when I used them warm. Definitely a must-have for new moms!

Life Saver for first few weeks postpartum
These are soo comfortable! They cover the entire breast and offer comfort within seconds! I love that they can be both hot and cold. Smoothed engorgment and clogs

Good shape, postpartum must have
Great shape to get engorgement toward the armpit. Slightly better size than the other brandâs purple ones. Honestly could use even bigger for that early postpartum engorgement, but they work well. Such a relief for the first week or two after birth. I keep them around and re-use as ice packs for toddler booboos.

Good shape but hard to get to right temperature
I really like the shape of these. Itâs much easier than finding a cloth that fits the area correctly. What I donât like is that the pads are usually too hot to stand and then cool rapidly. I havenât quite figured them out yet.

Very good idea
Bought to make a pregnancy care package for my sister. She said theyâre definitely going to help her out with pain and sheâs also looking forward to trying them to help with lactation.

Burst in microwave for the first time use
I put it into the microwave for 60 seconds the first time using it. It broke and leaked everywhere in the microwave. I threw it out right away. Really bad product. I used other brand when nursing my first child never had a problem, but this one is a big no no.

Good but they randomly explode
These are great but Iâve had two burst on me and gel go everywhere.

Excellent quality. Love how you can heat them up or put them in the freezer for cold relief. Every mama needs these!
Laura –
Iâve tried a few options and these are the best! They are perfect size and they keep warm long enough

DO NOT MICROWAVE, it says they can handle it but nope. Only use if you are going to boil the water otherwise they will melt/ pop quickly. I loved the size of them.

Arrived late despite Amazon Prime status. Also despite following instructions for power and duration for microwave, it developed a hole and leaked the gel with second use. Especially when using with a baby feeding on the area, this is a safety concern. Would not recommend this product.
