This is very functional as a CYA for tracking conference calls at work! It holds up for frequent travel with getting tossed in a computer bag often. Great value and allows me to quickly look back at meetings because it has a table of contents.

The amount of me that I have a day can sometimes be overwhelming and sometimes you will need help to organize those meetings. I found this book to try it out and it helped me a lot. Especially when you are responsible to send out meeting notes it breaks it down to takeaways notes and everything else. Just the way you need to send out a recap email of how our meeting went.

I am a planner and I love having this book to keep track of my meetings for work as well as being able to write notes and even a to do list at the bottom of each page. This has definitely helped me stay organized with all that information and I love it! Highly recommend!
