What a Great Addition to My Sourdough KitchenI love this tool! It has really made things easier in my sourdough world. I actually want to use it for other kitchen tasks tooâbut Iâll need to buy another one because Iâm a stickler for keeping things separate and avoiding cross-contamination.The tool is sturdy, and I really appreciate that each end is differentâitâs like having two tools in one, even though itâs just a single piece. One side is great for scraping down the sides of bowls, and the other is perfect for mixing my starter.I got the large size, and it is absolutely perfect. It works incredibly well in my 1-liter Weck jars, which I use for my starter. The shape and length make it easy to reach the bottom and mix thoroughly without making a mess.Itâs easy to use and just as easy to clean. I especially love that itâs dishwasher-safe, which is a huge bonus since most of my other sourdough tools are wooden and require more care.

Great for Scooping from Small Jars or Smearing PB&J
This is great for anything that comes in a small jar, and it’s also great to use when smearing anything like peanut butter, cream cheese or jelly onto a bagel or piece of toast. I find that I use it more often that I thought I would.

Works Perfectly!
I got a small. It is a perfect size for getting condiments out of a jar and spread. The flexible material is treated in two ways so that scooping side is little firmer than the spread side. Thoughtful.

A must for sourdough starter
This is a wonderful tool for mixing when feeding your sourdough starter. Very sturdy with more ridge end for stirring and flexible slightly scooped end for removing and scraping down jar. I just used the flexible end for both mixing and scraping. Just a small advantage but those small things add up to a more enjoyable sourdough experience.

Nice scraper and spoons if you need smaller
I have a set of three i bought years ago and loved them. They do wear out and o thought I was replacing the big one. This one e is quite a bit smaller I guess I am not good with inches. I still like it and it will be useful I will measure the one I want and keep my eyes open.

I didn’t need this when I purchased it, but I’m sure glad I did. Great for mixing my sourdough starters and cleaning the sides of the jars. Just as good when mixing up doughs and scraping the sides of the bowls. It’s super beefy quality especially for the price. I love this thing so much, I bought 3 more, and the smaller one too. Really superior product, and quality. Also, super easy to grip when using and clean up is super easy.
