In The Power of Going All In, serial entrepreneur and sales leader Brandon Bornancin delivers a first-person account of what it takes to build, lead, and manage a world-class company. The author draws on his many years of experience launching and managing successful companies to present effective strategies for inspiring your people to do more, be more, and achieve more.

You’ll discover a customizable framework you can apply to your own environment to create your own unique path to leadership greatness, at school, at work, and anywhere else you’re responsible for the performance of those who follow you. You’ll find: tried-and-tested methods for unlocking the potential of the people you lead; effective alternatives to counter-productive leadership “strategies,” like micromanagement; and reasons why leadership isn’t about the letters behind your name or fancy titles on your office door.

A practical and effective toolkit for entrepreneurs, managers, executives, board members, founders, sales professionals, and other leaders looking for ways to harness the full potential of the people they lead, The Power of Going All In is also perfect for those looking for a leadership methodology that’s been proven to work in the real world.

Read this book, have some action behind it… you will succeed
I stared this book May 17th, 2024 and finish today June 29th, 2024! This is a must have in life. Definitely a lot of life hacks, tips and tricks you just need to know. The breakdown, scenarios and secrets in this book is jarring! Don’t wait to read this book. I’m currently now a sign model. But i was extremely nervous and felt so uncomfortable, unworthy and out of place i wanna say. This book has my mind trained and wondering! Definitely had me put those action into real life and i’ve got sign to a Major Modeling Agency recently after i attended the call, I just really took everything from the book and felt like i honestly needed to make change and lock in on what i wanted. Can’t wait to read AGAIN!

An easy, very digestible and powerful book
I’m a fan of books that’s keep it 100% real with you, there is no sugar coating and making a mountain out of a molehill here.Brandon shares 365 real strategies and lessons from his 15 years of selling and being an executive. In the book, transparency and being a servant leader are very high priorities so I appreciated seeing a number of different perspectives from my own on how to navigate business along with personal goals.Highly recommend this book to anyone with a growth mindset who is trying to add a few more layers to their mental armor!📚🧠😂

Gets better and better as you read.
It is a framework and a compendium of advice. At first, I was not as engaged while reading since the early stuff seemed to be “been there, done that” material. Then, as I got deeper into the book, I found more and more useful material. So, I recommend you stick with the book and think about every item. It is useful for those just starting out as well as those who have been at it awhile. It is a concise and easy read.
