Easy assembly
Works amazing. I needed a grill for camping, i was looking for something portable. Nice having the grill and griddle. Can put it on any surface top. I had mine of a plastic folding table. Highly recommend great pricing in my opinion.

Heavy Duty Cooking Combo
All parts seem fairly well made. Assembly was easy enough. This is a rather heavy unit (not that it is a bad thing), with much of the weight in the Griddle Plate, itself. Speaking of the Griddle Plate, that in combination with the 2 Grills, was why I chose this product. This unit can handle just about any cooking challenge – bacon/eggs/pancakes for breakfast; warming a pot of chili or grilling some hotdogs for lunch; and grilling chicken or steaks with some veggies for dinner.The unit arrived less one bracket for holding the Drip Pan to the Drip Tray. I called the Royal Gourmet toll free number for assistance. After submitting an email with all the pertinent purchasing and shipping information, and two images of the problem, I was FedEx-ed a new replacement Drip Tray complete assembly, received quickly and packed well. Excellent Customer Service! Thanks for that!I’ve been too busy with other Spring projects to prepare my first meal on this product. If I have the option to do so, I’ll report back after the first ‘test drive’.

Great grill
This is great for camping and tailgating! The grate side with two heat shields didn’t cook as evenly as iâd hoped. Wish it came with two more grates and heat shields to go full 4-burner grill and then have the blacktop to swap in (bought the lid separately meant for another grill, but it worked well). Great grill and gonna get miles out of it!

Reliable in a pinch
We’ve had the Royal Gourmet for a few months now. You can tell by the “wear” that we use it fairly often. This morning lightening hit our house and we lost power. We’ll I must have coffee so I got out the ‘ole percolator and used the grill to make coffee. Not bad. This was my first time using the grill without my husband and I gotta say, it was very easy to operate. It makes fantastic burgers and brats and we are looking forward to taking it camping and trying baked potatoes. It is a bit of a chore to clean. The brown residue is left over burger, I tried to convince my husband to cook on tinfoil but he chose not to so we have residue. It has handles but takes 2 of us to transport and we use it on a cheap folding table. All together I would definitely recommend this grill.

I bought this as a back-up gas grill. Pellet grill won’t work during a power outage. Now I find that I’m using this as much as the pellet grill. Flat top has become one of my favorites. Heats up quickly and holds the heat well even when fully loaded. Great size for the two of use.

Poorly made!!! Buy from local
Absolutely garbage!!!! Don’t waste your money on this grill. No assembly instructions were included, Grease pan didn’t fit, was told to contact manufacturer, they set a Grease pan that didn’t fit and also didn’t have the 2nd Grease pan slots that were supposed to be riveted onto the main Grease pan. Called Amazon and they said they couldn’t replace or refund the grill. Do yourself a favor and buy from a local store and avoid the headache!!!

Love it! Works well. It has a large cooking surface and love the flat grill addition for breakfast food! We use it at the race track all summer! Great find! Well worth the money.
