Disappointing.
The overall sound and look of the speakers are great. However, the first set we received would not hold a charge. After returning them and trying a second pair, the same issue happened after 3 uses. Very frustrating. Unfortunately since we have experienced more rainfall than normal and we purchased them for outdoor use, we have not had much opportunity to use them. First sunny day, we took them outside (4th use) after charging them overnight and battery drained after one song. Now, our return window closed 2 days ago!Very disappointed with this product. Donât waste your money.Update: I contacted the seller and expressed my disappointment and frustration. They immediately contacted me asking what they could do to make the situation right. When all was said and done, they refunded my purchase. Very pleased with their response and willingness to work with me to make things right! Overall, I would change my rating simply because the seller seems to put the customerâs satisfaction as a priority.I have changed the star rating to a 5-star. This is only for the customer service and not for the speakers themselves.
