Both with the product and the company.I purchased two of these a couple weeks ago. Upon arrival, opened one and it was perfect. Opened the second one and couldnât get it out of the box, cuz it was stuck to the side of the box. I had to destroy the box to get the float out. You can see in the pic how there is still cardboard there. What you canât see is the deformation in the vinyl from being stuck, about 2 feet down the same side. Amazon let me exchange and the new one was even worse. Needless to say, amazon is not allowing an exchange this time so Iâm returning it for a refund.Mind you, the âgoodâ one was in the pool for about 15 mins and has already started to discolor. Yes, my chems are balanced and this shouldnât happen with my level of chems in the pool.Regarding the company. I initially sent them a message via their website (as Amazon directed) and still havenât gotten an answer in 8+ days. Iâve also called their support line, waited on hold for a few mins and then got pushed to voicemail. As you can guess, I havenât heard back from that either.I wouldnât recommend buying this product, or any from this company.

Super Quality, fun pool noodle
I initially bought this foam pool noodle for the kids to share, but now my son wants his own, and honestly, I do too! While itâs slightly pricey, the quality is undeniable. Iâll wait for my other pool noodles to wear out and then purchase a few more, especially on Prime Day. You wonât be disappointed with the qualityâthe texture and feel are excellent. It floats perfectly in the pool and supports all our weight. If youâre considering getting one, donât hesitate. Relax at the pool with this high-quality foam pool noodle.

These pool noodles are expensive. Why?They are soft, luxurious, comfortable against your skin, stable enough to sit on like a swing in the water without tipping over, colourful, durable and they get better with age.I will tell you right now that you will absolutely throw out all those nasty form styrofoam noodles and replace them with a set of these. I would score the old styrofoam noodles as a 35 out of 100 for enjoyment, and these as a 100 out of 100. This is what a pool noodle should be!We were introduced to these by a friend who had hers for a while. They were still in amazing shape after a couple years, and they get even softer with age.Your biggest problem with these is there won’t be enough of these to go around at a pool party, because everyone is going to want to sit on your large noodle(s).

Great product, but unfortunately I received a torn one but had a replacement in less then 4 days! The price was very high unfortunately I ended up finding the exact product at my local pool store for $30… that’s all that sucks is the price, I missed my return date but it’s ok….. bright color.
