The entire thing the author does is expressed in plain words even when you totally have no knowledge of investing. I was an enthusiast of when they divided it out step by step so youre not confused. They tell you what type of property is pleasant to invest in and how not to make mistakes which was really handy for me.One part that I found actually really fascinating was when the author was talking about dealing with tenants. They had some really good tips on what you should do to have good tenants and be prepared. I had no idea how important it was to check references and ask the right questions before letting someone into your property.
