The One Rug to Rule Them All
I could sing praises of this LIVEBOX Modern Rainbow Easy Jute Rug. I purchased this rug in the nature color to use for our backdoor entrance of our home which sees more foot traffic than our front door. I needed a beautiful but utilitarian designed rug for form and function since I don’t have a mudroom. The rug lives at the highest foot traffic entrance that is directly from the garage and pool and this area is visible to the rest of the house. We track in alot of dirt, leaves, and water from our pool and I haven’t found an aesthetically pleasing washable rug that just blends into our wood floors until I purchased this rug.This 3 by 5 foot rug essentially functions like an oversized runner in my home and it catches the aforementioned outdoor debris that used to plague the floor plan in my home. It is great for absorbing water from wet feet/shoes and is non-skid so that the rug actually stays put.Even though the description of this rug is that its a jute rug, the material is actually a low-profile braided polyester material. It looks like natural jute but functions better than jute and it softer and easier to care for. The washable feature of this rug is why I will purchase another one since you can wash it in the washing machine or hose it off outside and let it hang dry.I am so surprised at how well it has held up because it is in a high traffic area that is treaded on by adult feet, kid feet and paws all day long and it still looks new and intact. I use my Dyson to vacuum it daily and it cleans up really well and I am astonished by how much dirt and debris it is able to contain.I don’t give rave reviews often but this rug has saved my sanity. I was constantly sweeping, vacuuming, taking the previous rug outside to shake off dirt to just maintain this area of my home. If you are looking for a low maintenance, beautiful washable rug that needs to be utilitarian, this is your rug. I wouldn’t hesitate to repurchase if the need arises.

Thin, Washable, Flat
We rent an apartment, and the vinyl tiles started bunching like fabric when the chairs moved over them. Some just peeled up at the corners on their own. We weren’t about to clear out the room, including stove and fridge, to replace them for the landlord. Sometimes, a kitchen rug is the solution.This had the advantage of smoothness (we used office-style chairs that roll on it), low pile so rolling off the edge wasn’t jarring, and easy clean-up. We can take it out to the driveway, shampoo it, and hose it off, if we really need to. Spot cleaning indoors looks fine so far. It lies down nice and flat to the floor.You will find this handy for the porch or patio, to keep in the closet but throw down when guests are due. It can smooth over the uneven spots you might have, and certainly hide that stain from the barbecue accident. You might consider it as the winter rug in a room with a tile floor.This arrived folded, but since it is polyester, not actual jute, if you are one of us weirdoes who own irons, it’s easily fixed. Being polyester means it’s not as harsh as jute, either.

Great Indoor/Outdoor Rug
We have our laundry area in our garage. We would put our laundry on the sealed garage floor but a lot of dirt and dust would get our clothes dirty and extra dusty. This was the perfect solution. It is keeping our clothes off the floor and also keeping them from getting dirt and dust on them It’s a great thickness, really high quality, and the pattern is really nice. The material is an indoor/outdoor rug material. It’s a semi-stiff material, and does not wrinkle. It’s perfect for an outdoor area, BBQ area, or porch area.

Beautiful Rug
Lots to love about this versatile rug! I got it to use in my kitchen just inside our back door. Needed something washable that wonât show dirt and this rug fits the bill. The design is printed in such a way that it looks more organic and slightly distressed and not so uniform just like a real woven jute rug would look. Itâs really beautiful and the design and colors are perfect. I knocked off one star because it came folded and itâs taking awhile for the creases to work themselves out. And also the non-slip backing is not as grippy as I would have liked since my three dogs will be constantly running across it. Overall I love it, especially the design.

Nice mat with a cool vibe!
Very nice mat! I am using it as a door mat – as I needed something a little larger than the standard size door mats. I love the design on this mat – very cool with a boho/modern chic vibe. I also love how it looks with my shoe baskets.The backing is non-slip and the mat itself looks like jute, but it’s not scratchy like real jute. So far it is working great at the door – it is thin enough that the door doesn’t hang up on it, and any debris tracked in is easily swept or vacuumed off.It does have a few creases from being folded, but everyday it’s looking better. Pics are pretty much right after unpacking. There was no discernable odor. Very nicely done serged edging.I could see also using this outside on a porch or patio. It would look stunning with coordinating rattan furniture. I think this is a bit on the pricier side, but if you are looking for a unique, really attractive mat it would be worth it.

Very nice Jute Rug.
I ordered this specifically to cover up a long crack on our patio. I ordered it in the green color. The color isn’t as portrayed in the description’s image, it’s more a muted green with a hint of teal. But, that isn’t too important to me because it is going to get very dusty being outdoors.I’m happy with it. I doesn’t slip or slide when walking on it. It lays on a cement patio and covers up the ugly crack. For its price and after comparing, I would recommend this product.
