Good looking, comfortable chairs
Can be difficult to align bolts with threaded holes. Supplied tools are adequate for assembly but it is much easier with a racket if wrench or socket and rachet.

Instructions are mostly pictures but pretty easy to follow. Love that the chairs swivel easily and has a stiff rocking motion not a sloppy motion. If you follow their directions or lack there of, you will have problems when you get to installing the back. Just a hint. Donât tighten anything down tight but leave it a little loose so you can align all the bolts. When back is attached go back and then tighten everything.

Assembly was not as hard as I thought it was gonna be. Quality seems good. Comfort level is good. I would recommend these patio chairs.

False advertising/used damaged goods
False Advertising! Do not buy from this company. The quality of the chairs are horrible. They arrived damaged and false advertising. They refuse to send us a pre paid return label for damaged chairs with damaged cushions. They shouldnât be allowed to sell on Amazon. The cushions are not even the size they show on the website. Horrible customer service! You will regret. No back support. Flimsy cushions. Plastic arms. Used items, the arms are scratched. They donât even deserve 1 star. Amazon should remove this company. They also use different items to boost their ratings to trick the customer!

Back cushions are very thin.
I am disappointed in how thin the back cushions are. Also when putting the chair together only seat the crews do not tighten them down all the way you will need to jimmy and man handle the frame a little to get all the screws in, then you can go around and tighten them all down. So far they aren’t as comfortable as I hoped they would be.

Swivel/rocker patio chairs
Quality of frame is very goodâ¦.strong and sturdy. The appearance of chairs is very nice. The time to put first chair together took 60 minutes. The second chair took 20 minutes⦠used my own tools which made it easier and faster. Gave 4 stars because the cushions are not 3.5 inches thick as described. They are 3 inches. Hopefully, when I want to replace them, I will be able to find ones that fit. I would recommend this product.
