Nice and thick, keeps items hot/cold for long periods of time. I ordered the bags with the hard bottom insert and it is helpful to keep everything where it is supposed to be while carrying items. I load up my orders and carry multiple bags with heavy items to the door. Saves me trips back and forth to the car. I know people had issues with the zippers, I purchased these two bags months ago and have not had any issues.
