Nice patio set, take your time in assembly including the cushions.
As many others noted, arrives in several boxes and came at one time. Important suggestion – open the sofa boxes first as it has the ratchet to make the installation of the bolts much easier. The color is a more brownish red than a cranberry red. The assembly by 1 person took approximately 5 hours with good instructions on bolts and pieces to attach. The bottom seat cushions are a good height and firm for sitting. Definitely take the time to fluff the stuffing for the back pillows. We are satisfied with this purchase although we wish the red was a bit less brown undertone.

Be careful inserting the cushions
The cushion covers are not as well built as I hoped. 1 zipper pulled apart as if the padding was too big for it. Took awhile but the seller came through with a replacement cover.

Best gift for mother in law
My mother in law has a good size patio and needs a patio set. So we got this one for her patio. It turns out looking great. This wicker furniture set has 2 swirl chairs, a sofa, and a coffee table. We were debating between beige and blue, but since she has a blue background board so we finally chose beige which can makes a better color contrast. She loves the swivel chair, itâs stylish and cozy. The coffee table is glass top and looks elegant. We are happy with this patio set!

Very Nice and Great Customer Service
I ordered two swivel chairs, the long table, and the three seat sofa. There were at least 5-6 boxes delivered over a three day period. Took my husband a few hours to put the first chair together, then the rest went a bit quicker. I love the subtle gray pattern on the cushions. The cushions come in airtight packaging, mine did not expand to 6″ but they did get to 5″. The “box” depth of the cushion cover is only 4.5″. A bit disappointed because I was specifically looking for deep cushions. Also the diagram does not show the depth from the top of the cushion or seat to the floor. A search for average seat height is 16-19″, I believe these are about 14″ – so pretty low to the ground especially if you are tall. Given those complaints – their customer service is outstanding, they made up for my concerns and we found a way to make the chairs taller. Overall I am looking forward to using this set next Spring and years to come.
