great to use at a each out cook out for some extra warmth, no great for trying to cook on but holds its heat. the travel bag fits everything perfect but make sure everything is cooled and clean before stashing away. if you live where you cant have a bon fire this is perfect for you

This is essentially a kit of parts you keep in a bag (included) for assembly as and when you are using it. Unfortunately quality control was not of the best. On arrival, one of the slots tapered to fully closed at the top end. It proved necessary to insert a large flat bladed screwdriver to force the sides apart. After several minutes of this treatment, it was finally possible to construct the unit.The instructions could be clearer. The basic principle is the ‘lip’ at the top of each side must face outwards. The wheels screw into the corners, but one of these was stiff and could not be inserted by hand. This required a 14mm spanner to get it in properly; but this problem will reduce with time as the bolt cleans up the thread during use.I am glad the wheels lock, as the last thing anyone wants is a runaway fire! I am not sure the wheels really have a use case. When the fire is burning, would you really want to shove the fire pit around? When it is not, you build it to get started. So why the wheels?After saying all this, the materials are suitable for the job and the bag keeps everything together. This is an unusual fire pit, but light and portable compared to others I have used. My smokeless firepit is an absolute monster compared to this, and almost twice as expensive.

I really like the portability of this fire pit. It is easy to assemble, made up of 6 metal pieces that easily attach together. It can be a little tricky to figure out at first, but once youâve put it together and then taken it apart a few times, it becomes very easy. This fire pit is meant to be a âpop upâ style that you can take with you camping, etc., and I find this so much better than a traditional stone fire pit that I would normally use outdoors.The metal pieces are quite thin, but they are well made with a matte colored, rust resistant paint. This little fire pit surprised me with how much wood it can hold, and the thin metal floor / base doesnât bend or cause sagging in the middle with the weight added.I was able to have about 3-4 decent sized wood logs going in this fire pit at a time, and they fit well with plenty of room and it was able to support the weight. There are fire shaped cut outs all over this fire pit to allow for additional air flow to help feed the fire. The walls are quite short, but they do a decent job at retaining the fire and keeping it under control. It is very evident that this is meant for very small camp fires for roasting marshmallows, so donât expect this to be a huge roaring fire.This fire pit stands on four lets which can be used as / is to sit in a fixed position, or, you can attach the wheels that are included to make it a little more portable so it can be rolled around. You can take this entire pit apart in about 5 minutes, as everything slides together to assemble it. It comes with a decent nylon carry pouch to put all of the pieces into for transportation.You WILL need some sort of fire resistant area beneath this fire pit however, whether it is dirt, gravel or a fire resistant mat. The bottom floor of this pit also has cut outs for airflow, and ashes, etc. will fall through creating a small pile of ash below. That is definitely something to watch out for. Just make sure you use this properly and safely and NEVER burn directly on top of grass.All in all, I like the design, the easy assembly, and the build quality. It works well and serves its purpose, and it is very portable for outdoor activities and camping sessions.

the assembly of the firepit took 5 minutes as its very easy to assemble and came with a printed paper that shows instructions , its made of heavy metal and can be used either in a still place or moving as it comes with wheels.also comes with a carrying bag to make it portable
