Great value, worked great for a photo booth.
Used these for setting up a photo booth at a party. Worked great. Tripods are a little wobbly but they do their job. Having the dimming and color temp options is great. After the party my girlfriend used one of the lights at her desk setup as a key light for webcam meetings. Works pretty well for that too.My only critique is that the 3 color temp settings don’t provide enough granularity. The cool is VERY cool, the “neutral” is still pretty cool, and the warm is super warm. I was really wanting a step in between the “neutral” and warm” steps. Having 5 steps instead of 3 would make it a lot more useful.

Great for the price
Easy to set up, 3 different light modes with intensity control, and power on/off button. Size and intensity are great for the price. Canât wait to see how they combine with another set I ordered, so they can light from different angles. Pictures were taken with a Nikon D7100, no other lights on the room were on.

Excellent LED lights and Tripods
I purchased these lights for taking pictures of knives that I sell. The lights and tripods are excellent. The lights are fully adjustable for brightness and warmth and the tripod is nicely made and adjustable. I liked them so much that I bought 4 more. I definitally recommend them.

Great lights
Super light weight and easy to set up, it comes with 3 different light modes that I could describe as a warm yellow, cold blue and bright white. It seems like the light diffuser sheet on the lights comes off and can be replaced with different colors but doesn’t come with those. They do let off a bit of heat after a while of use and have a small humming sound depending on yhr strenght of light but overall great for the price!

As a hairstylist, I understand how essential quality lighting is for showcasing my work and attracting clients. I invested in a set of lights that initially performed quite well, illuminating my space beautifully. However, much to my dismay, they ceased functioning just a day after the return policy expired, leaving me feeling somewhat cheated. Given my experience, I’ve decided to stick with a more reputable brand that has proven its reliabilityâafter all, I have lights from them that have been shining brightly for over seven years. Their durability gives me the confidence I need to continue providing exceptional service to my clients. Shame on this brand!!!!

Don’t get tricked by the fancy lights that cost hundreds of dollars more. Get a cheap set like this one and you’ll be fine, unless you are travelling with these constantly in which case they are a little flimsy.

While the product promotional material shows the lights standing on a tripod type of apparatus I was unable to get the legs to stay rigid enough and the three arms literally relaxed under the pole and lights own weight into a three arm pattern on the floor. This was very stable, but you have to be careful walking around the lights or you will kick them because the base arms reach out so far. I tried tightening everything I could find and no success at getting the arms to stay in place. Okay, now on to the lights themselves. They work as advertised using the hand control built into the wire circuit. The lights themselves are not heavy and even though the light stand pole is lightweight the head is supported. There is a tightener that when loosened allow the head to drop 90 degrees to the side. The light temperature allows for different photographic exposure effects. The claim of “a 1/4″ universal ball head” is not accurate. There is a bolt that screws into the base of the light head. With the light weight of the entire assembly there is no issue with moving it around, other than the base getting in the way. The shafts are nestled within each other which gives versatility in the height requirements you may need. You can use this lighting for table top photographs, portraits, or any other photo options you may come up with. There are two lights in the package and with proper placement shadows should be eliminated. Being a LED light head there is minimal heat generated compared to the old 250 W bulbs I have used in the past. Assembly is intuitive and took under 10 minutes. Would I buy this again? Yes.

Inexpensive lights that worked for a while. One cut out a few weeks after purchase, received a replacement pair but now only one of the four received still working after eight months. If you are using these for anything other casual use, suggest seeking out something more reliable and durable.

Wow! Nice set of lights for a great price. Even at double the price I am quite impressed.Two things stick out:A) the fact that you can fit this set of lights into a small bag the size of a briefcase is great for portability. They came shipped in a box the size of a briefcase so that was nice to see because studio lights can be bulky. Thanks to recent LED technology these are lightweight and slim profile.B) the stands. The stands or tripods that these lights mount to are very versatile. They are able to adjust to any height up to 63 inches which I think you’ll find is good for the majority of content creation and beginner to intermediate film and photography work. They lock into place nicely with sturdy latches.The lights themselves seem to be made of good quality plastic casing and don’t get that warm but can get real nice and bright.The USB wall plugs get a bit warm after about 10 minutes but level off. The lighting controls are conveniently located on the cord that plugs into the USB wall plug. Brightness, colour temperature on and off buttons all in the same area or button panel. So very straightforward to use.Definitely worth it and as I said, the value here for what you’re getting is unreal. I have a local camera store near me that sells essentially the same set but branded with their name and they charge 4 times the price. So think on that!
