Top ring was missing; part A. I didnât assemble it until it was too late to return it. Now Iâm stuck with it. If you buy it open immediately and make sure al the parts are included. Update: Disregard this review. My granddaughter had walked away with the part while I was assembling it. Iâm changing to four stars.

We have had this item outside for almost a year now with no rust yet. It has decent quality and would give it 5 stars except the assembly hardware is really cheap and easy to round off screws.
