What should I do if the remote control can’t scroll through the video?
If you want to use the remote control, the iOS
device must turn on AssistiveTouch（Settings>
Accessibility>Touch>Turn on AssistiveTouch>
Turn on Perform Touch Gestures>Adjust the
tracking sensitivity to 20%-30%.）
I have turned on the AssistiveTouch function, so why am I still unable to use the remote control?
1.Is the remote turned on? If not, slide the button on the back to ON.
2.Has the remote been paired with the phone via Bluetooth? If not, please pair it.
3.If issues persist, disable and re-enable the AssistiveTouch function.
