Great for family activity!
So awesome! Once itâs heated it takes like 1 minute to make a pizza. I didnât know you couldnât do both electric and wood pellet at the same time. But the pellet wasnât hard to manage and it is a great size to store!

“I really want to give this a full five stars because it’s built so well! The construction is excellent, and both the electric and pellet functions work exactly as designed. We used it for the first time this weekend, and the pizza turned out fantastic.The only downside is that the pellet feeder is located in the back, which can be difficult to access if the oven is placed on a countertop. We have an outdoor kitchen with plenty of counter space, but reaching back to feed the pellets is a bit inconvenient. However, this isn’t an issue when using the electric fuel source.Overall, it’s a great product with outstanding performanceâjust something to keep in mind if you plan to use pellets regularly!”

My Pizzas Are Amazing!
I make pizzas all the time in my home oven, but once this pizza oven came along, the difference was night and day. The taste, texture, and crispiness instantly felt like something straight out of a pizzeria. It gets much hotter than my indoor oven, and the results speak for themselves, beautifully blistered crusts and perfectly melted cheese in minutes. The option to use either electric or wood pellets makes it super versatile depending on the weather or your mood. Iâve mainly used pellets for that traditional flavor, and the taste is incredible. Versatile And Fun Dual Fuel Pizza Ovenâ¦
I recently Ordered the BIG HORN OUTDOORS 12″ Dual Fuel Pizza Oven. I especially like its dual fuel capability which provides me the choice to use either wood pellets or electricity which provides loads of versatility depending on my mood. This flexibility makes it far superior to ovens that rely on just one fuel source. The build quality is excellent and its compact design is perfect for stationary or potable use. My only minor wish is that it could accommodate pizzas larger than 12 inches, but itâs not a dealbreaker given its performance and ease of use. Overall, Iâm very happy with this item and feel confident giving it a 5-star rating. I hope this review helps you with your shopping experience!

Make true Italian pizza at home!
This pizza oven is for anyone who wants the flavor of wood-fired cooking without the hassle of building and maintaining a specialty pizza oven. The fact that it can run on both wood pellets and electricity allows you to cook your pizza just the way you want it. Being able to switch between the two fuels without any tools is super convenient. I appreciate that it preheats very quickly and can reach a temperature higher than what you can get in your traditional oven (1000 degrees Fahrenheit!!), giving you a crispy crust in just a couple of minutes.The stainless steel construction makes this almost bulletproof, and the included pizza stone is a nice bonus. The ability to cook other foods as well makes it useful beyond just pizza. The price might be a bit steep, but with pizzerias in my area charging top dollar for authentic wood-fired pizza, this pays for itself very quickly. And you also get the satisfaction of making your own authentic Italian pizza – you’ll wow the neighbors for sure!The only strikes against this oven is that it only accommodates 12″ pizzas and smaller, so the big New York style pizzas that are bigger than a hubcap are not going to fit. The other disadvantage (more of a “nice to have”) would be a temperature gauge – order yourself a laser temperature device and you’ll be set!

Great Pizza Oven At A Solid Price!
This BIG HORN OUTDOORS 12″ Electric & Wood Pellet Dual Fuel Pizza Oven is great!I love this thing. It’s big enough to make descent sized pizzas, but small enough to actually be somewhat portable. So I can take it camping if I want to.The dual fuel option is great, giving you the choice to run it electric or on pellets. I would love to see the option to run both together, but that would take some reengineering.I think my only complaint would be the lack of a temp gauge of any sort. It would be nice to be able to tell what temp the cavity is running at, so you know where you stand before you start cooking. I will most likely just get an infrared temp gun, but something on the unit would have been nice.

Budget friendly pizza night
Let me start by saying that while this is not as overbuilt as some other name brand ovens… it has a lot of great features for the price point. It’s not going to hold the temp quite as steady as the brands that cost 2-3x as much but it’s a heck of a nice oven to start with!The biggest win with this is the dual fuel… having an electric option basically gives you the option to cook indoors or on a closed in patio. That makes pizza night possible even when it’s nasty outside! Plus, electric is a good way to start where you’re not fighting temp as much as you might be with pellets. I’m a pellet guy myself but admittedly it’s nice to have the indoor option.I like it so much for the price that I decided not to knock a star off for the one biggest glaring omission with the design… There’s no temp gauge. We’ve got IR temp sensors we use around the shop so that works but you REALLY need to know temps to have repeatable results. Seems like it wouldn’t be that expensive to stick a thermometer in it….
