ELECTRIC GRILL: This grill is powered by electricity to give you the convenience of grilling without the hassle of gas or charcoal. It reaches cooking temperatures quickly, delivers high temps and maintains even heat.
COOKING TECHNOLOGY: TRU-Infrared cooking technology prevents flare-ups, delivers even heat and cooks up to 50% juicier food. Heat is transferred from the coil to the grate and drippings are vaporized, sending the flavor back into your food.
COOKING AREA: Grill up to 12 burgers, 6 chicken breasts or 4 steaks on 320-square-inches of total cooking space. Cook meats and larger items on the primary grates and use the warming rack to cook with indirect heat and keep food warm.
CONTROL KNOB: The control knob powers the grill on and adjusts cooking temperatures. Turn clockwise to increase the heat and counterclockwise to decrease.
GRATES: These steel grates are porcelain-coated to resist rust and make them easier to clean. They retain heat to cook food evenly and leave impressive grill marks.
TEMP GAUGE: The lid-mounted temperature gauge displays accurate temps, so you always know the cooking temperature inside your grill.
BOTTOM SHELF: A convenient wire shelf under the grill keeps your tools within reach.
HANDLE: A handle located below the control knob makes it easy to tilt the grill onto its wheels for easy mobility. You can also use it as a tool bar and towel rack.
WHEELS: Two heavy-duty 7-inch wheels with rubber treads make it easy to roll your grill when you need to move it.
GREASE TRAY: A removable grease tray catches oil drippings and slides out for easy cleaning. You can insert an aluminum liner to catch the drippings and keep the grease pan clean. When you’re all done, simply throw the liner away.

Kind of a pain to put together, but a great little grill that makes delicious food!
I started to put this together by myself and definitely was easier once I had a second set of hands to hold some things in place. This does require some basic tools, so be prepared with a screwdriver, pliers, and socket wrench. It came packed really well, which was good since my box was torn, dented, and wet when I picked it up. It’s HEAVY too, for a small person like myself. But since it came in many pieces, getting it out of the box was no problem. The instructions for assembly are just pictures/diagrams and not super detailed. All holes lined up though, so no issues there.I cleaned the grates before cooking, and definitely recommend cranking it up to 450 and letting the chemical smell burn off for a while. I could still smell it after 30 minutes and didn’t want my food to take that on. After that, we cooked up some turkey burgers in no time. There do seem to be some hot spots on the grill, so we’ll have to figure out what areas get the most heat- definitely not evenly distributed. When you open the cover to check the food, the temperature drops about 100 degrees and takes a few minutes to get back up to temp. I can’t complain about how it cooks though – the food has been delicious. We did some NY Strip the second night and they turned out perfectly cooked as well. I was surprised at the glossy finish on the cooking surface, and am a little worried about cleaning it with a brush- not sure how well the coating will hold up. I’ll probably just bring it to the sink and use a mildly abrasive sponge instead. I do like the portability of the grate for ease of cleaning. We easily fit 4 quarter pound burgers on the cooking surface with space left over so you can cook for a small group on this. I bought this for my vacation home, where we’re too far from a grocery store for charcoal or propane to have to worry about either, and I think this is a good option and great value for the money!

Outstanding Grill!
Excellent product at an excellent price. Just bought one; I had one several years ago and left it behind when making a long household move – and regretted that decision. Cooks nicely, gets hot and less likely than gas to incinerate your food. This grill is very well made and assembly was nice. The one mistake I made was due to not reading directions carefully. A gas grill in this price range would not be as solid or stable – would likely have very thin steel vs this one.Things to know: 1. It doesnât heat up as fast as gas grills, so takes a little longer, especially in cool weather. 2. Drips do evaporate and give a grill flavor, but more liquid makes its way to the grease cup than for a gas grill, so check and empty it often. 3. Very important to keep it shut as best possible for better flavor and heat retention. 4. Need to be more careful to cover and/or store inside than for a gas grill since itâs electric. Obviously needs to be unplugged after use!!! All in all, a great value and now priced well below the price I paid in the past!

Good grill
V. happy with my purchase. I’ve only used it twice but the grill works great. I can get the temperature upto 500 degrees farenheit and did a good job grilling sausages, burgers, chicken wings, corn, etc. Funnily enough, the grill gives off a pleasant smell that makes you hungry when it heats up – or maybe I was hungry when I started the grill! Can it heat up faster than a gas powered grill – no, but it is still fast enough.

It Is Worth the Price!
This grill was all that it was described as. It worked perfectly. The oil pan did drip but that was due to me not changing it out. The only con was the cooling down of the temp when opening the lid.

Most wanted BBQ
I hadn’t realized it was an electric grill (aka a glorified George Forman [RIP to that dude btw]), but worth it ever since I saw it at Albertsons during the 4th of July season which was what I always wanted, plus I don’t need to buy more charcoal while strictly budgeting myself after getting laid off in January. It did take a while to put together since I’m autistic

I like it!
This grill cooked great on our first cookout. It’s light, easy to move around, it loses heat fast when the lid’s open but will heat up quickly again. Cleanup was typical for a grill, the drain pan inserts helped. Assembly took around 30 minutes. I would recommend it.

Dissatisfied
Item received, no hardware package. Contacted Char Broil per instructions, hardware package not in stock. Took my info, told me to âcall in a couple weeksâ to check again. Tried to return for same item, Amazon does not allow that option, so itâs sitting in my garage all unboxed because I had to search for the hardware package. I previously had and liked this grill so I bought this new one to replace the one I wore out. Obviously not very happy at this point.

Took me two days to put together.
The instructions are primarily pictures. Pieces in some cases are similar so if you donât choose correctly you will have to redo. On the legs one knows front and back but the brace doesnât match the holes. Only two screws used vice four. Looks nice. The black corset looking piece put the center screw in first. Then the sides screws unless you have two people constructing. One holding and squeezing and one with the screw driver.

It is an electric grill and works as expected. Not being a gas grill, the heat is not as quick and hot but still able to grill for about 4 people. Does take a bit more time, but happy with the end result. Overall quality is really good and assemble nicely with parts fitting together. As to grill not reaching high temperature on the gauge which is true, but the gauge is at the top part of the cover which should be expected. The grill surface is still plenty hot to cook food.

Recibà el producto el 1 de abril del 2023 y para el 7 de junio el heater element (resistencia de calor) ya no servÃa..!!!! Hizo corto comenzó a quemarse. Solo 2 meses después. Creo que charbroil no está fabricando productos de calidad â¦.

I really like the aesthete of this bbq. I needed 2 sets of hands to assemble, but it went together easily with a bit of help holding things in place. It fits perfectly on my back deck for impromptu meals and snacks. I would suggest purchasing two bbq bricks to go down under the element to help with heat retention and even heat distribution, but it will work okay without. Iâm winter quing so the bricks help.
