Better than using forks.
I have only used this to shred cooked chicken and it works great! It is easy to use. It can be washed in the dishwasher but the bottom piece tends to collect water in the crevices unless you can figure out a way to put it vertically in the dishwasher. Otherwise, I really like this little shredder. It shreds quickly and with little effort.

Easy, and good for batches of meat to shred.
Bought this because we were cooking and shredding 15 lbs if chicken for a church party. It worked great. It’s a bit much if you’re not shredding much – it’s probably quicker if you’re just shredding one or two pieces or pounds of chicken. If you frequently shred chicken or other mean, it’s worth trying.

This was bigger than I thought it would be. This contraption is very nifty and I love it! No more using a fork for me, this can shred chicken breasts in no time at all. It’s very simply and easy to use, well designed, lightweight, and easy to clean. I recommend!

Truly works so nicely and it shreds some much at a time. To be so cheap, itâs completely worth it and dishwasher safe, the handles feel lose which is why i gave it four because they feel like they might fall out but I am not upset for the money i paid. It was well worth it

Great time saving invention. Shredding baked chicken breasts is a time consuming task – a lot of work for little gain. This gizmo does the job in seconds!!! A bit difficult to clean up after, but worth it!
