Easy and yummy
Need assembly and comes with all necessary tools, first step took me the most to figure but this is just me, after that everything was smooth. The pizza oven itself is simply great it have manny features to control the heat and the smoke to fit your wish even though it is not electric ( which thatâs what we wanted otherwise whatâs the point) burning the wood took sometime on the first time but on other times we used it was easy and quick. When the fire is high the pizza can be ready in few minutes (not burned READY)This is one of the greatest purchase we made as a family for a family time or just get together with friends itâs simply fun and delicious. It comes with manny items beside the oven so beside ingredients for the pizza I had all I needed in the box.

NOT STURDY
I donât know if I got a bad one or what. But, not pleased at all. This thing wobbles like crazy. It will not stand long. Just rolling it 10 feet, felt like itâs gonna fall apart. Pizza stone had a crack in it. Made sure itâs all tightened up good, but that doesnât help. It might last couple months. Money not worth spending!!!

No User Information!
There is an assembly guide, but no information on how to use it, i.e., types of fuel to use, how long to preheat, or what temperature to attain before adding the pizza, etc. I contacted the company twice and they went me 4 short videos that gave me absolutely no information the first time, and the second time, they sent me a tiny chart of cooking temperatures. I don’t know if I can only use wood or charcoal like rival ovens use. This exact same oven is sold by numerous companies and NONE include a user’s guide. I call that poor product development!! If I can figure out how to use it, I think I can have fun with it. Frustrating!

Nice little backyard pizza oven
We got this pizza oven as a family Christmas present. It was easy to put together (The instructions were complete and easy to follow). We are really looking forward to using this soon.

horrible customer service and instructions
This is getting 1 star because their customer service is awful! Assembly takes a long time because the manual only provides diagrams and NO written instructions. It isnât very sturdy so do NOT try to tighten the screws. The worst part there is no detailed cooking instructions how to use the oven. I contacted CS several times and emailed back and forth with 3 different reps. After several back and forth and confusing responses one person sent a little bit of helpful info. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. Save yourself the hassle!
