Great Price – Great Set
I donât know where to start. This is a really nice, in expensive set. There is nothing wrong with the quality. I put this together today and there was nothing that came across as cheap, or shoddy. First, ignore the reviews where they said the holes donât line up. They do, perfectly. READ the instructions. You cannot tighten the screws at first. Screw them in at 50%-75% and then tighten them the piece youâre working on is all together. If you do buy this, do yourselves a favor, use an electric screwdriver or drill. It will save you so much time by using the allen wrench alone. Thereâs some tight corners itâ was hard to get at with the electric screwdriver so I used the allen wrench at the end to tighten everything up. I love the set. Itâs perfect for an addition to my back patio. It fills in a nice empty space. The set is not too small, and itâs not too big. Itâs just eight, like Goldilocks, lol. Iâm sitting on the bench right now as I type this around 10:00 on a Saturday night. Itâs just what I wanted, and I couldnât be happier.

Great product. Stressful shipping
The product was wonderful. The shipping gave me angst. Scheduled to deliver in Thursday, then predicted to arrive by Tuesday which was too late. I used tracking number and it confirmed a Friday delivery a day was successful. Worth the wait not the stress!

A little vague on putting it together ass I suspect it is from India or China, and the directions are mostly pictures. I did, however, I did prevail, and it is on my patio, and for the price, you simply would not do much better.

No Instructions. Small. Not Comfy. Bad Customer Service
No instructions in the box. The product page has the wrong instructions. Had to go through Amazon customer service to reach the seller. Upon getting the sellers phone number it was a hassle to navigate the automated line and reach an actual customer service agent. The agent was very rude and seemed annoyed at me for wanting to find instructions for something I paid for. The product box, the seller and the website/manufacturers are all different names so it makes it all feel so sketchy. After about 2 hours total I finally was emailed the correct instructions. Now for the actual review the furniture set is extremely small seems like it would best fit very small adults or teens but bewarw people over 200 lbs or 6 feet tall it doesnt not feel sturdy at all. It will take you a few hours even with a drill to build. Make sure you have some wobble extensions or right angle bits or it will take much longer. The provided screwdriver stripped itself after 4 or so screws. Tightening even one screw will cause the holes to be unaligned and you will need to start over. The cushions are not comfy as they just too thin. Overall I would save the money and buy something higher quality from a less sketchy seller.
