What is the maximum thickness that the clamp can hold?
The suspension boom arm can mount tightly to the desk up to 2.1 inches thick. Overly rounded or overhanging desktop edges do not make good mounting surfaces. Please make sure the C-clamp rest on flat surfaces.
What devices does the bundle work with?
The USB/XLR microphone bundle is compatible with PC, laptop, ps4/ps5 and audio interface, but NOT XBox.
Are the function keys available with XLR connection?
No. All the function keys, like gain knob and mute button are only available for USB connection. If you want to use the function keys via XLR connection, please connect the mic to your computer via USB connection at the same time.
Does this mic and boom arm kit support real-time monitoring?
Yes，the microphone comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack. You could plug your headphones into the 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom of mic. When plugging into the mic, please select the mic as the default output device.
How to get clear and clean sound?
We recommend to face the top of the cardioid dynamic microphone and speak into it in the 2-6 inches range. Please remember to adjust the microphone gain knob to the appropriate level before speaking.

Mid-tier, great sounding microphone!
Very easy setup, and sounds fantastic. I bought this mainly to talk to people over discord, and everyone complimented, and expressed how clear, and great it sounds. The arm is very cheap, but does its job. I am not looking for an amazing juggernaut quality at this price point. The only thing that mattered was the sound quality, and ease of setup. Setup takes less than 5 minutes, and its plug and play. Has a great button on the mic to mute and unmute which I thought was a really great addition. Overall, if you’re looking for something mid tier, with about as good as sound quality you can get for the price point. Grab yourself this bad boy!

Great mic, 4 months later no problems
I stream and this is my first real mic, I got it 4 months ago. Very easy set up. The boom arm has given me no issues. I love the touch to mute feature. I donât use xlr, just usb and itâs really not a big deal to me. Great mic tho especially for the price. Glad I went with this over the AM8. I did get the added insurance just incase, it was like $5 more

Great sound quality for its price!
Audio is pretty good considering its price point and competitors. I decided to upgrade from my Blue Snowball microphone. This version comes with a boom arm but I found a mic stand that was more useful based on the desk that I have. Definitely worth it!IMPORTANT: Comes with USB-C cable but NOT an XLR cable. USB-C mic quality is fine but if you want to use with an XLR cable, you will need to buy one and also an XLR interface.

Professional sounding, with a little work.
Professional sounding mic, if you put in the effort to work with. It takes a little finesse, and I do suggest buying an external USB hub to plug this bad boy into if you are experiencing weird static or popping. The boom stand could be a bit sturdier, but for the price it works wonderfully. Makes a wonderful replacement for my $250 mic that I could not buy a new one of (low on funds) and sounds practically the same once all my settings were applied. I would say for the price, its perfect. It also plugs into high end audio interfaces, making it a perfect option for more professional setups needing a temporary replacement.

Great mic for the money
I really like this mic. Easy set up, plug and play, controls are at your fingertips. Great audio. Works great with or without a mixer. I am a little annoyed that it didnât include the XLR cable, but thatâs on me, it wasnât listed in the contents in the description. For the price this is a great value.
