I love these for my sore nipples. Iâm a first time mom whose breastfeeding. Iâm working with a lactation consultant who says you shouldnât feel pain but my nipples have been sore 85% of these last two months lol. Anything cooling helps. Lanolin/nipple butter just makes them shiny. I LOVE these hydrogel pads. The only thing that sucks is that because of the anatomy of the breast, they donât stay on. If they make them any stickier, you risk having pain when taking them off so I get it. They stay on when youâre wearing a bra, but if Iâm at home with baby Iâm only wearing a t shirt and thatâs not enough to hold them in place. But I will still buy these. They help immediately.

Such a huge relief!!!! Theyâre slightly cold and cover the whole nipple. Theyâre not super sticky so itâs not painful to remove. Size is perfect. Comes with 4 sets of 2 which is a great value for the price. Not reusable

Soothed pain from nursing
Not perfect, but helps for sure! Iâm a breastfeeding / pumping mom and I began to get soreness and pain after feeding and pumping and have been hunting for a solution. I tried another purple brand that states the cooling and relief should last 72 hours and it doesnât, I threw it away and found these pads instead. Although the package says âcooling relief up to 4 hoursâ I wore it longer because still felt relieving.I like that the box comes with 8 pairs and each pair is wrapped together so itâs ready to use whenever you need a new pair. Packaging was very easy to open and the pads themselves come with clear film thatâs easy to remove and keeps the sticky side fresh for before applying. I love the shape of the pad itâs like a teardrop so fits perfectly and coverage is great.I felt instant cooling the moment I put it on. Does it last forever? No. But it is nice relief for a little. It also protects from rubbing onto bra or absorption pads which feels nice too.Package also states it has vitamin E within the sticky part and that itâs safe for breastfeeding I tend to wipe with a baby wipe before feeding after removing the pad. I do not get pain when removing. Also states no parabens, phthalates, or fragrance which is lovely.Also, price is great. Iâll be buying again.

Cooling yes, but not quite enough to ease my pain. Cabbage leaves work just as well, and there isn’t a residue to wash off.
