Saved my whole life ð
Iâm from south Florida, itâs the dead of summer, and my AC died ð We Floridians arenât afraid of ten foot gators, flying cockroaches, deadly hurricanes, lightening strikes, nor the dreaded Florida Man – we are practically fearless. But, Iâll tell you a secret: weâre terribly afraid of being without our AC! I was living my worst fear! It was too hot to move, couldnât sleep, and you canât spend all day long in a cold water bath – though I tried! It was a Floridian NIGHTMARE! So I started looking for something inexpensive to help me survive until i could get the AC situation fixed, and I stumbled upon this. It really, really helped. It helped a whole lot. Itâs a strange material, almost like rubber but not. When it dries out it becomes all crunchy, but then softens right out again as soon as you wet it. Weird, but I swear it helps. I would wet this, wring it out just so it wasnât dripping, and it kept me alive 𤣠AC issue is fixed now but these are still great to have around. I have one for my hubby who is a land surveyor, itâs great for kids sports out in the heat, the beach, oh and it would be the best thing ever to have handy for a trip to Disney or Bush Gardens! For the price, itâs a great little invention! Try it out, it wonât break the bank

I want to start by saying that this is a very weird product. But also, it is awesome. After you get it wet for the first time and then let it dry, it dries completely stiff and you cannot roll it, fold it or do anything with it. Once you are done using it, you will need to fold it first while it is wet and let it dry that way.That being said, this product really works. It feels kind of weird at first- almost like rubber, but it really does the trick to cool you off. Most of the time I will place it around my neck or over my shoulders and back, but Iâve also put it on my head, and even on my face. Once it acclimates to your body temperature, just take it off and wave it back-and-forth once or twice and put it back on and it will be completely cold. It stays in the soft, cool stage for a very long time so itâs great for working out or sports or even those hot flashes!

Lift the mat up while it is still in warm water, otherwise some of the suction cups will come off.

Effective cooling towel
This cooling towel is a lifesaver for anyone who spends time outdoors in the heat. Itâs super easy to useâjust wet it, wring it out, and it stays cool for hours. The material is soft and comfortable against the skin, and it really helps to lower your body temperature during hot days.Iâve used it for outdoor work, exercise, and even just lounging outside, and itâs been great in all situations. The only downside is that I wish the cooling effect could last a bit longer. It cools down quickly, but sometimes I need to re-wet it sooner than Iâd like. Still, I highly recommend it for anyone working or exercising outdoors in the heatâit makes a huge difference!

Perfect for Texas Summers
Bought this for my toddler to use especially in the summer. I love that all you have to do is keep it moist by adding water and when itâs not being used we just place it in a plastic ziploc to keep it wet. Itâs a perfect size for kids and adults. I even used it while holding an infant to keep them cool. I could almost wrap them in the entire thing. We bought the double pack and will probably end up buying more to make sure we have enough for everyone to get us through the rest of these hot months.

As for the person reviewing saying they come wet. its not really wet. its what they put on it to keep it from drying out in the package. when you wet it the first time it rinses off. you can also wash them. i love mine. i have an autoimmune disorder and donât tolerate heat well so i use mine every day in the hot months in texas. i have multiple so i can wash them. i even go to bed with one around my neck because it allows me to keep the house thermostat at higher temps to save money. i just keep a water bottle and towel on my nightstand. if i wake up hot. i lay it on the towel and wet it and go back to sleep.

It works but…
Perhaps I ended up with a unicorn product but it didn’t come with any instructions and wasn’t packaged as they show it… It came in a plastic bag that zips… Until the zip handle broke off. But one side of the pad is a different texture than the other side which I cannot find for the life of me any description of why it’s like that and if it’s better to use it with a different side up? I figure it must be made that way for a reason. Anyway the link here on the “support website” is identical in every way to just typing it into your browser. There’s a Q&A on there but no answer to this question.
