A Hilariously Real Gratitude Journal!
Got this for my daughter and I must say if youâre looking for a journal that helps you release stress, let go of perfectionism, and embrace life with more ease, This F*ck It Journal is an absolute must-have! This journal offers a refreshing, no-nonsense approach to self-care. With its witty, candid prompts and lighthearted tone, it invites you to let go of what no longer serves you and focus on what truly matters. Itâs the perfect balance of humor and reflection, making it a joy to fill out while also helping you gain perspective and cultivate a sense of freedom. Highly recommend for anyone whoâs ready to stop sweating the small stuff and start living with intention and joy!

Food for the soul
I purchased because the title made me laugh and the cover was pretty. So I decided to let my curiosity win. It arrived quickly and did not disappoint. I quickly paged through the book and the questions and prompts are funny, insightful, thoughtful, deep, meaningful and more than I expected. Lots of variety in this little book. It speaks of loving yourself. Forgiveness. Being honest with yourself. Gratitude. And being in the moment. A little bit for everyone. I think it’s a great way to journal and avoid writers block.I was going to gift this but decided to keep it for myself and will be buying many more to gift.

Great content inside and great quality outside
I’m so excited to try this. I have flipped through it. The prompts aren’t overwhelming or ‘too much’. They are simple but require you to think about yourself. I’m obsessed!

Fun and Engaging Vent/Self-Love Journal
This is a cute journal. I’m a cusser, so this is fun to read and do ð.Some variation, but some consistency too, which are both refreshing and a little exciting. I like it, but I’m not in love with it (but this is my opinion only and I will explain below):I appreciate the self-love, let it go, or improve a little- topics. I especially love ‘A**hole of the day”, “I’m proud I didn’t”(PHENOMENAL IDEA), and some other fill-In promts like “w t f moment” lol. (Those fill-ins are somewhat consistent but are changed up every 2-3 pages. ðð¼Like that.)The only suggestions I would have to improve this journal a little or FYI to others (at this point I’m on day 5 of using the journal) is that the order in which the “daily” prompts might be better laid out, some even reversed. So, on each 2-page spread are:On the left is a place for the date and a list of fill-in-the-blanks (which I mentioned and like them, they are consistent but vary slightly). On the right is a more open style of thought writing in answer to a different question every day (fun and I also like this variety and content contemplation).Though if this is how it’s supposed to be done (both pages each day), it’s hard to figure out what time of day to do this. (Which irks me.)For instance, gratitude is part of the left side…a-hole of the day as well. These prompts feel intuitive as end of the day entries. When it comes to the “today” prompts (“what do you need to do before you binge watch Netflix?”, “what do you need to do to understand*uck your brain “today”?) feel like they should be answerer in the morning.Open questions on the right, such as “What is your anxiety level today?” Or “How can you be kinder to yourself today?” Should be done in the morning.I like the journal overall, it’s fun and engaging (the latter one being most valuable). However I would have liked it to be a bit more thought out as to the layout.Maybe one side of the page spread “A.M.” & one side “P.M.” ? This is obviously my own preference, but I am big into journaling and I just get a bit dissatisfied when I sit down to journal (in the AM- but can’t answer the questions completely since the day hasn’t come to an end yet) or do it in the PM -realizing “today’s” prompt was meant for this morning.Because it’s random and I don’t like to jump ahead and read the next day’s prompts (and it’s got date slots) I feel like I can’t pinpoint the right time to use it to get the most out of it.If you are new to journaling or have a low tolerance for stupid people and find that you have a need to vent and focus more on self-care and self-love, this is a great journal ð¥! ðð¼If you are not new to journaling and need a routine (this might not be the best main journal for you). It might make a terrific fun companion (as I am now currently deciding to use it as once I learned it’s layout).Have fun with it if you get it. It’s definitely a cool little journal (maybe just randomly make entries, rather than try it as a daily)? Hopefully this review helps “know before you go”.

Journal
I’m relatively new to journaling, but knew I wanted to do something different than a daily diary type thing. I needed some prompts to get me started, but I’m not a hearts-and-flowers kinda girl so the positive everyday promts wouldn’t work for me. This journal hit the mark. Sarcastic yet positive. If you’re just getting started with journaling, ya need a bit of sarcasm in your life, or you’re just bored with all the other prompts, give this journal a try. It helped open a whole new journaling world for me.

my therapist recommended I start writing things I’m grateful for at night and I found this book and it’s that plus some. I don’t remember to use it everyday but I try to and I look forward to what’s in there for the day. Only down side is how small it is.

Love that there are loads of different pages to help the journalling process, book is a good quality to write in, the pictures are lovely aswell. Think it’s great content for adults as well as it makes you smile to yourself as they are the words I would used to describe how I feel
