Q2: Is the motor durable? Does it make any noise?
A2:The motor is made of good quality and each can be used more than 10,000 times and durable enough of 2-year daily use. Meanwhile it works very smooth and quiet with low noise (under 50 dB).
Q3: How long does it take to raise all the way up from lowest to highest heights?
A3:About 20 seconds. You can switch the height from 28.7 to 46.4 inches easily.
Q4: What is the maximum additional weight this desk can support and lift?
A4:The weight capacity is 145lbs. The wide T-shaped foot design makes the table maintain good stability even when used at the highest height.
Q5: Is the tabletop one piece?
A5:No, the desktop consists of two splicing boards but the tabletop will be very flat following the installation manual when putting them together.
Q6: Troubleshooting steps in case any motor or panel problems.
If you see “ER1” displayed on the panel, unplug the power and re-plug to ensure that the power is connected, then press the down button for over 3 seconds till “RST” displayed, the system enters pre-reset state.
If you see “RST” displayed on the panel, long press the down button till the lowest height, and the desk is reset.
If the system not work yet after reset, please kindly let us know, we will help solve the problem as soon as possible.
Anti-Collision System
There is an anti-collision system built in the desk, if there is an obstacle or pet under the desk during the height moving down, the desk will stop first and then move upwards.

The motor is made of good quality and each has been tested before assembling to the desk, it works very smooth and quiet, so you will not disturb others when adjusting the height.

Very nice desk! Recommend!
This desk is really nice! It was relatively easy to put together by myself. A bit heavy. Pay close attention to which pieces you are using and the direction for the legs, it is not very well evident on the instructions. The desk arrived very securely packaged, everything was protected, which I greatly appreciated. The top is two pieces length wise that you secure together. I didnât expect that. It is pressboard and not actual solid wood, I donât recommend leaning on it too hard. The height adjustment is really awesome, it isnât loud going up or down and it doesnât vibrate when itâs adjusting. After you plug it in just give it a few moments to get power to all parts, it will not start moving the very second you plug it in, donât be alarmed. If it still does nothing after a minute of being plugged in, just check your wires and make sure you are attached to the little box all the way. I canât speak to wear and tear yet, as Iâve only just gotten it, but I will update after a few months and speak to that.I like the size of this desk, could easily fit two chairs at it if you arenât someone who spreads out a bunch lol. The only thing that could make this really lovely desk better is if it were solid wood. Either way it is very pretty and well made.

Height adjustment is easy to control. Easy to build take 2 second. Screw quality and table quality is good, great gaming desk the stability on the desk is absolutely amazing doesnât shake wiggle and can hold a good amount of weight. Looks great and doesnât take to allot of space.

I purchased this adjustable table primarily for its affordability, and overall, it does the job. Assembly was relatively easyâIâve put together plenty of furniture before, and this wasnât too complicated. Functionally, it works well for light tasks and everyday use.However, Iâm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the way the tabletop is designed. Instead of being one solid piece, the top is made up of two boards that have to be screwed together. Despite tightening the screws as firmly as possible, thereâs still some bounce or give in the middle section. It doesnât feel very sturdy, and I find myself being cautious not to place anything heavy on top, as it feels like it could potentially snap or give way at the seam.If you’re just looking for a simple, budget-friendly adjustable table for light use, this one will work. But be aware of the two-part topâitâs not ideal if you plan to use it for heavier items or need maximum stability.

Exceptional design and manufacturing quality
Exceptional design and manufacturing quality. I am very impressed. Instructions are clear and generally easy to follow and understand. The top isnât thick but certainly adequate.The 55â width is perfect for two 27â displays as you can see in the photos. The height adjustment is smooth and speed increases as you hold the button down and slows when it gets close to end of travel so is slows smoothly to a stop.Here are the only things I noticed that were not perfect. The top that should be labeled B4 had a B3 sticker on it. Not all the holes on the underside of the top align perfectly with the bracket holes on the legs but definitely good enough. Three of the tapped holes in the ends of the legs were a little rough to the point I thought I was cross threading the screws. But the screws tightened and when I backed them out, they were not cross threaded. Must have had a burr in the threads. None of these issues are significant.The only thing I could suggest as an improvement is offering the desk with a solid wood top versus a particle board with contact paper top. I would certainly buy that even at $100 more.

This desk is worth it!
This desk is honestly great, especially for a good price. It feels really sturdy and the height adjustment works perfectlyâit goes up to the ideal standing height. Super easy to put together too, just a few main pieces and it didnât take long at all. Itâs pretty spacious and can easily fit up to three monitors. The wire management is a nice bonus and keeps things looking clean. Overall, a solid desk that works exactly how I need it to, and totally a steal for the price.

I bought this desk 5 months ago and I can’t be happier. I’ve always wanted a standing desk but was worried it would be wobbly, this desk is very steardy the metal and the wood are both good quality. I can see this would have a long life. I assembled it myself, it wasn’t super straightforward but I eventually could do it myself. Highy recommended if you work from home.
