Comfortable and easy to put together
This chair was initially hard to assemble while looking at the instructions. I have dyslexia and it took me longer to assemble than most people do. After I assembled it, the chair didn’t lean backwards and stayed the one position. I left it at the one position without adjusting it and a couple of days ago I could lean back in it. I don’t know how I was able to, but I knew I put the chair correctly together. The chair is really comfortable to sit in while working at a computer from home and is the best I have. The chair is functional, back support, and the height for me. This is a good chair to use at a desk whether it is at home or at an office.

Solid value
It is a sturdy, fairly comfortable chair that is good value for the money. My only issue with it is the material/quilting. My legs seem to stick to the chair when wearing a dress and the seams are just not super comfortable. For those who wear mostly pants, you’ll probably have no issues 🙂

Mediocre
The chair is comfortable and ergonomically sound. The flip up arm rests are helpful. Build quality is subpar as the chair squeaks while getting up and down, and after just owning for a year with only about 200 days in the office the material is starting to crack and fall apart. This is probably a good chair for a home office that gets low use or for a child. Not a good chair for a daily driven office worker. I will look elsewhere for the replacement.

Comfortable & Supportive
It’s always difficult estimating whether the dimensions of an office chair and its adjustability will be suitable for use. I’m 5′ 11″ tall and weigh 165 lbs. The dimensions of this chair are exactly right for me. If I lean back, my head doesn’t extend over the top of the back rest. I can actually…rest. It provides excellent lumbar support as well as support under my thighs, almost to my knees. The pneumatic cylinder seems fine. It adjusts the chair height up and down easily and smoothly. The cylinder is shipped with the tension set very high. In order to easily tilt back, I twisted the adjusment dial about 12-15 revolutions. I ordered this chair without the footrest, but with foldable arms. Everything is stable, level and feels secure. The chair was well packed and complete. The faux leather is attractive and appears to be durable, although it is thin. There were no noticeable odors from the product. The instructions are simple to follow and it took me about 15-20 minutes to assemble the chair by myself. None of the hardware is coated with any kind of easily transferrable lubricant, so no worries about getting junk on the carpet. The screw/ bolt holes are well machined and everything aligned perfectly. As other reviewers have posted, do not tighten the screws/ bolts down all the way until you have all of the screws/ bolts seated properly at each step of assembly. I found that laying the chair on its side after attaching the base made aligning and securing the chair back with the arm rests a lot simpler. Once both arms were attached I turned the chair upright and tightened the bolts alternating between the four on each side until snug. This is replacing a 22 year old office chair which is a rather high end piece of office furniture. I think this provides better comfort and comparable quality. I’ll probably spend 3-4 hours a day in the chair and highly recommend it.

I like it since it helps my back stay in a good position. It is a good option for my room since it has beautiful leather material and looks nice. I recommend it because of their two options. First you can adjust the armrests to be up or down and second it has a support cushion for lower back. Overall. it is good chair for working.
