Excellent addition to my home office with great comfort
It has been some time since I started using this office chair, and itâs made a noticeable difference in my work-from-home setup. I was a little skeptical about the massage feature at first, but itâs turned out to be one of my favorite parts of the chair. After sitting for hours, the gentle massage helps ease the tension in my back, and the heating function is a nice bonusâitâs like a warm hug for my lower back, especially on chilly mornings.Assembly was easier than I expected. Iâm not the best at putting furniture together, but the instructions were straightforward, and all the necessary tools were included. It took me about 45 minutes to get it set up, and I was proud of myself for managing it without any help. The chair felt sturdy when I first tested it out after its assembly.The chair is quite adjustable, which I really appreciate. The armrests move up and down, and the reclining feature lets me lean back comfortably when I need a quick break. This chair is AMAZING!
This chair is amazing! first of all , I am 6’3, 300 lbs. and I sit and work in it 8 hours a day. The cushioning is outstanding even for a big guy like me. One of the best features are the adjustable arm rests. Most armrests are usually to low because of my height. Not these, they are perfect, almost like sitting in a recliner. And then to put the cherry on top, add in massage and heat. I was thinking these ywo features however cool it may sound, probably wouldnt make a huge difference. I was wrong! Heat is great, and the massage can be felt and is very soothing. Kudos for a well made product at a good price.

Comfy chair, but give the base a good look
UPDATE: I was able to get in contact with customer service to figure out the issue and get a replacement and it came promptly! The base is straight and it is perfect Iâm very glad I reached out and gave them a second chance. The chair is super comfy! Thank you so much to Joy who was able to help me in the replacement process.The base came out of the box crooked. The bottom half where you would screw the back of the chair to was crooked causing the whole chair to be crooked. My husband and I attempted to straighten the back as much as possible but the bottom being crooked makes things harder because the screws donât align if we try to straighten it completely.

The seat hurts!
The fabric looks pretty. The heat is great. I like the foot rest and moveable arm rests. The vibration is meh and itâs loud. The real problem is the poking on the seat. Whatever metal is in there has no padding around it so it sticks up and it makes the chair so uncomfortable to sit in that itâs useless. The seller asked me to put a cushion on it when I asked to return it and I replied doesnât that point out how bad it is- that I like everything but it hurts? Itâs a chair. The whole point is that it shouldnât hurt your backside. Also, the chair has to be plugged into a wall outlet. I donât know if I saw that in any review. That sucks. You canât really move around or the thing will get stuck on the cords or pull out an outlet.

I couldnât be happier
I just received my chair about an hour ago, built it and havenât gotten up since. I made the mistake of thinking it would have a more kneading massage and itâs only vibration, so that was my fault but even unplugged this thing is so comfy. The price was steep but I would buy this again. The leather like material stays nice and cool and you have the heat feature if you get cold. The ONLY downside is it doesnât get that tall. If I can make any recommendation is, if you like to switch positions a bunch while working and like the idea of a crisscross chair, donât install the arm rests and then boom you have a multifunctional chair. I am so happy with this purchase

Power issues
I love the chair but the heat and back massager do not always work. There is a weird power issue with the chair: it does not work in all our plugs. I will plug it into a new plug and it will work fine. Then I will turn it off and when I try to use it again later, it does not work in the same plug. If I try a different plug it will work. I bought 2 chairs and they both do this. We even replaced all the outlets in the office thinking that was the problem and that helped but I still have problems with it not working at times. I have tried to only have it plugged in when I am using heat or massager but that does not solve the problem either. It was too much of a hassle to disassemble the chairs and send them back so we still have them.

The wheels roll very smoothly and the chair doesn’t wobble at all. The leather material feels premium and breathable, and there’s no bad smell. The ergonomic design provides excellent support and is very comfortable even for long periods of sitting. The cushions are very soft and firm, and the good lumbar support prevents back pain. The built-in massage function has just the right vibration intensity, which is great for relieving stress during breaks from work and gaming. The remote control is also simple and easy to understand.Overall, this is definitely a super affordable combination of comfort, functionality, and excellent quality for those who sit at a desk for a long time.
