I bought this to help me hold onto onions and other round fruits or veggies I needed to cute. You know when you get to close to the “butt” and then you can barely keep slicing because its hard to hold onto… this works perfectly. It was sooo easy to cut my onion and use the whole thing and be able to get slices from the entire onion versus having to chop up the ends differently..Trick: Don’t ask me how, and I don’t usually believe “tips and tricks” for onions. BUT.. If you put a wet paper towel near you when cutting an onion, your eyes do not water. I learned this from a Mexican gal friend I have and it really does work. 😉

This slicer fits my hand very well, as I have artheritis in both hands. Makes it a lot easier to slice perfectly sized slices for my sandwiches. Best of all the knife doesn’t slip and cut my fingers!!!! I would recommend this slicer to anyone.

This is the best tool I have stumbled on cuts tomatoes, perfectly evenly onions as well who would ever have thought to invented a tool that looks like a hair comb clever !I enjoy using it because I get perfect slices each and every time I am, I cut it into a tomato potato onion and it’s very inexpensive
