The ultimate multi-tasker. These versatile little gems provide relief that’s a breastfeeding gamechanger. Lansinoh TheraPearl 3-in-1 Breast Therapy Packs provide hot or cold pain relief again and again for tender, overworked breasts. Simply pop them in the microwave or freezer – no boiling required. Use hot therapy to relieve clogged ducts and mastitis. Heat one pack at a time using the enclosed directions. Once warm, place in the soft cover and apply to your breast. Use cold therapy to relieve engorgement. To use as ice packs, place in the freezer for 4 hours prior to first use. Once cold, place in soft cover and apply to your breast. Pads can also be stored in the refrigerator. Use as a breast pump aid to encourage let-down and spend less time pumping. To use as a breast pump aid, heat according to the instructions and wrap around the breast pump flange. Do not overheat. Please follow heating instructions printed on the pads and in the packaging insert. Always test pack temperature prior to use. Breast therapy should be applied for 20 minutes, or as recommended by a doctor. Do not heat the soft covers. Comfortable and helps with engorgement postpartum
The lactation consultant at the hospital suggested to use these to help with engorgement when my milk came in. As a first time mom, I didn’t argue. I also heard the way to handle clogged ducts is with ice, so I figured these would be perfect. Super comfortable, and I like the shape of them because after pumping, my nipples are sensitive and the hole in the middle prevents these from causing pain or discomfort. The only down side is that they feel like they don’t stay cold for too long, so I usually start with the covers on then continue to use the cold packs with the covers off for a bit.If you plan to use these for both hot and cold, I would suggest getting 2 pair, one for hit, and one for cold exclusively.

    Comfortable for long periods
These were so helpful during the first trimester. Often I fell asleep with them and they stayed in my bra all night. They’re surprisingly not uncomfortable for all nighters. Plus side is I know they’ll also be useful for when baby arrives/breastfeeding, the fact that they can be frozen or warmed up is great. Looking forward to using them more once baby girl gets here

Easy to use but be careful for overheat.
Life saver for new mothers and their babies. It can be used as a hot pack for babies. Be careful to overheat; 10-15 seconds in the microwave is good enough for my use.

    Great for Antenatal Breast Pain!
I’ve had intense antenatal breast pain during my pregnancy and my OB recommended some sort of hand warmer or something similar. I figured there were probably products specifically designed for the breasts and lo and behold easy to find. They say you can only heat up for a max of 25 seconds although it says to heat up for initial heating time first which was a variation between 17-20 seconds and there after approximately 5 seconds increments. However I heated it up for about 30 seconds but separated out into 15 second increments and the product seemed to work just fine.Absolutely incredible pain relief near instantly and I’m very happy to say that this was well worth the money. Excited to see how they can help with postpartum issues.

    mostly helped
used these when i could and they worked well overall. it was almost too cold without the cover to just place them directly on my breasts, but the cover made it to where i couldn’t feel the cold enough. i only warmed them a couple times, they worked good that way too because you could kind of control the amount of heat by just warming it in small intervals. mine are a little over 3 years old now. i haven’t used them since 2022, but have another baby on the way so i got them out. the beads have definitely migrated and reduced in size, so i recommend maybe repurchasing if you’re kiddos have a gap in age. i definitely plan to repurchase if needed.

    Must have for breastfeeding
This is a LIFESAVER for the first few weeks with a newborn and breastfeeding. The gel packs cool quickly in the freezer and stay cool for hours. I love the purple fabric covers-soft and doesn’t irritate my skin. I always recommend these to new moms as it helps tremendously getting through the soreness with breastfeeding in those earlier on weeks.

Don’t give up pumping, just buy these!!!
These saved my ability to pump. Being able to wrap these around the flanges has been a game changer. My slacker is no longer a slacker and I’m pulling the same amount in both sides every pump!!!! These are worth their weight in gold

    Became a must have
These do more good than I would have anticipated. The cold shock at first can be alarming but let it pass for a few seconds and then enjoy the comfort. Really helped with my exclusive pumping journey

If you are going to have a baby, you NEED this!It heats up quickly in the microwave, or you can freeze it! Helps to prevent mastitis and other breastfeeding issues!! Comes with awesome soft covers that have buttons on them. The buttons click together and it turns the pads into perfect circles with a hole in the middle. I slide my medela breast pump flanges through the middle hole and boom! Instant heat pack to help with let-down that’s attached to the pump! Soooooo convenient!I only wish I had bought two sets – one for the freezer and one for heat for when I needed to alternate!

My breasts were a little inflamed from being new to breastfeeding and it really helped to be able to put these on after I had chilled them down.
