A very comfortable, solid and well made chair! Good value for money
This is an excellent office chair and provides good value for money compared with features provided by much more expensive models. It arrived in what is the most carefully packaged boxes that I’ve recently encountered. Each piece was carefully packaged in bubble wrap and pieces were separated by heavy cardboard. Very well designed packaging and everything arrived in perfect condition. Instructions were clear and concise, parts and tools carefully packaged and well labelled, I wish that everything I ordered would have this high standard of packaging and design. Assembly was easy and instructions were clear. Time from box to assembled chair was about 30 minutes, working at a comfortable pace. The chair is well designed and solidly made, again, good value for money. Nearly every touch point is adjustable – Seat height, lumbar support, seat back forward/aft, armrest height – angle – and width, all easily adjustable given the tools that came with the product. I opted for the optional roller blade wheels and had confirmation of my request within a couple of hours and notification that the wheels had been shipped came the next day. That’s an example of excellent customer support and service – I am very impressed with the quality of my new chair and with the support and service of the company that sold it. Definitely they have earned my 5-Star Rating.

Great chair! With one issue.
As the title states, this chair is great! It has all the features I need, especially the armrests. They can even be set wider apart which is a huge factor in ergonomics when you sit for a few hours working at a desk. The assembly was easy and there were no missing parts. The instructions require you to lift the entire assembly onto the gas piston which can be difficult if you’re not the strongest, but you don’t have to follow the directions to the T since it’s pretty straightforward. I also like the front end of the seat, the mesh is reinforced by a tough foam pad so plastic frame doesn’t dig into your thighs.I saw other reviews stating the headrest doesn’t stay in place and can shift around, but the solution is easy. Take the allen wrench that came with the chair and tighten the bolts that hold the headrest together, and it will be much more rigid.Besides this, the one glaring problem I had was the lumbar support. It’s flexible plastic, but it presses hard into my lower back even when I adjusted it entirely out of the way. Almost made me return the chair until I realized you can take it off! There are two philips-head screws on the underside of the suport, below where you can slide it up and down. Remove these and the whole lumbar support assembly comes right off. Much more comfortable now. Word of warning: the screws just cut into the plastic, so reattaching the lumbar support will probably strip out the plastic screw-holes. I have no plans to put it back on, but if you’re unsure if you want to remove it, then I would just leave it be.Satisfied, the company couldn’t have done a better job. Will probably purchase the exact same chair again in the future!

The ELABEST Mesh Office Chair arrived in a compact box and required assembly. The process was straightforward overall, with well-written instructions, though there was one step where I needed an extra set of hands for about five minutes.If you’re not accustomed to assembling furniture, it might be a bit frustrating, but everything fit together smoothly, and the design feels sturdy once fully assembled.

I put the chair together last night, instructions were straight forward, most pieces were easy to identify but the seat needs a marking as to which is the front and the arm rests need clearer markings as to left and right. The instructions said they were marked but I couldn’t spot it.Anyways, returning the chair, I really wanted to like it but the lumbar support was too much, the curve at the bottom made it feel like it was trying to push me off the chair, and the chair doesn’t go low enough (I’m 5’3″) and my toes didn’t touch the ground so made it awkward trying to move the chair when I didn’t have anything to grab onto with my hands.My 2 stars are for clear instruction booklet and identification of which screws to use.
