Not for shorter legs but they offered a solution
I really want to like this chair for it’s lumbar support and the price, however at it’s lowest setting, my feet barely touch the ground. I’m 5’6″ so I shouldn’t have an issue, but I need this to be lower to sit correctly and comfortably. Every other chair I’ve sat in is able to adjust much lower. If you’re taller, you won’t have a problem. For reference, my inseam is 29″EDIT:They’ve reached out and offered a solution. They sent a shorter gas lift and provided instructions and video for the removal of the existing installed gas lift which made it easier. Great customer service and ensured i was happy with my order. ð

Acceptable Chair
There are some good aspects to this chair: the color is a vibrant hot pink, there is some lumbar support, the arms raise, and the chair height is easily adjustable. The customer service is wonderful! I contacted them with a question and they responded immediately, and remained in contact with me until my questions were answered. Give this a try!

I love this chair. I find it very comfortable, and I love the color! The wheels roll nicely, I love that the armrests are padded and can move. I had everyone in my department at work try it out to see if we should get more of them. They all liked the chair. I was a great find!

This chair exceeded my expectations! The assembly process was by far the easiest Iâve experienced with any furnitureâclear instructions and well-labeled parts made it a breeze. It took me about 15 minutes to put together, which was a pleasant surprise.Comfort-wise, itâs better than I expected based on some of the reviews I read. The lumbar support is adjustable and provides good lower back support, making it great for extended use. It also rolls smoothly over my rug and fits perfectly under my desk.Another great feature is the five-year warranty. You have to email your order number from your email account to activate it, which is a simple process. I havenât heard back from the company yet, but Iâll update this review once I do.Overall, Iâm very happy with this purchase. If youâre looking for an easy-to-assemble, comfortable, and functional office chair, this one is a great choice!

Squeaks horribly
EDIT: I was able to connect with the seller and they refunded my purchase. They also offered to replace the chair and I received the replacement with an upgraded version.The replacement is nice but I’m concerned about the faux leather on the seat and arm rests becomming worn too easily. The chair itself is very comfortable. I hope the replacement chair doesn’t end up squeaking like the original. I’m updating the review to 4 stars for the excellent customer service.I like the chair but after about a month of owning it, it now squeaks horribly! I have tried using wd40 on it and it still squeaks really loudly. I’d like it replaced but I’m not sure if that’s an option. Otherwise, it’s very comfortable. It would be better if the width of the chair was slighly bigger.

So far so good! This chair is quite comfortable, and is easy to maneuver in a tight space. The back webbing is nice and tight, and the lumbar support is movable. The arms swing up and down but don’t have height adjustment. The seat itself functions exactly as expected: up, down, tilt. All good.It was a total breeze to assemble, too. Everything goes together with one hex key (included). And not just a tiny IKEA-style hex key, but a proper full-size hex wrench with a handle!All the screws and bolts are separated in the packaging, but please take note of the letter codes for each group of bolts since you have to destroy the packaging to get them out. A minor issue to be sure. Group all the pieces together as they were in the packaging, and jot down the code for each group. Even included is one extra of every piece of hardware, which wasn’t needed.When joining the chair arms onto their brackets, be sure to tighten them down well so that they don’t flop back down when you put them up. I left one a little loose so have to go back and partially disassemble to fix that.I put it together myself in just under 30 minutes. I probably could have used an extra pair of hands to help hold the seat and chair back steady while joining them, but it honestly wasn’t that difficult. Packaging was compact, with a minimum of waste with only one small square block of styrofoam. This is a terrific value for a reasonably comfortable and quite sturdy chair. Probably not great if you’re over 6ft, but perfect for everyone else. Highly recommended.
