STURDY AND SUPPORTIVE OFFICE CHAIR
There appear to be no negatives to this office chair! Purchased for my new work-from-home space and it is use approximately 6 hours per day. It is comfortable and supportive. I love the hidden lumbar support. It rotates and lifts smoothly and the armrests are adjustable. It was super easy and quick to put together with the included instruction book, hardware and tool. It looks a little overwhelming when first removed from the box but comes together without any stress. It took about 30-40 minutes to assemble and I am by no means handy with this type of project. The fabric is breathable and good quality and a true dark black in color. It looks great in my home. Do not hesitate–this is a great chair at an affordable price point.

Fantastic chair!
First, the chair itself: Lighter weight than the bulky chair we had been using and small enough for our home office, but substantial and very comfortable. Can be adjusted multiple ways for height and lumbar support. The green color fits so well in our room. We love it!Second, the company: Directions for assembling the chair were very clear, and extra parts were included. We did not need to contact the company for further help, but in several places (the box, instructions) the company emphasized they would help you with whatever you needed. We do not need a second chair, but if we did, we would buy this one again!

I wish I could get this type of customer service for every item I purchase online. This company really knows what they are doing when it comes to customer service! 1) they contact you after your purchase to ensure there are no problems with your chair. 2) They respond to requests within 24 hours. 3) They stand behind their product; if there is a issue they resolve it quickly. My chair came together beautifully and it only took me an hour to put it together (all the tool you need are included along with gloves, which was a plus for me). I love the fact that I was able to match the chair to my office decor. the chair cylinder was short enough for me (I’m 5’4″) and its comfortable (I sit in in for about 4 hours a day). I mentioning this because I read many reviews prior to purchasing online and one person mentioned the chair was too high.Regardless of what your issue may be, this company will do whatever it takes to make it right as many other reviews have stated. This company is the “Chick-fil-a” of the U.S. when it comes to customer service.If you are in need of an office chair, don’t hesitate to purchase this chair. You may want to hurry before our president tariffs goes into effect (I think this chair ships from China). Currently, the price is right for this office chair.

Nice!! Adjustable but not fully
Nice chair!! The seat and arm rest material is soft and durable. The cushioning is ample. It’s a little tall. At the lowest position my feet don’t quite touch the floor, but my desk is tall anyway, so I need to be up a little higher. Nothing a simple foot rest under my desk won’t solve. For those who need adjustable backs, the back does not tilt separately. The entire seat and back tilts together as one. Very easy to put together. Rolls smoothly.

Very impressive office chair . . .
This review will address packaging/shipping/delivery, parts, assembly, function & usage, and overall impressions.Packaging: Double-boxed (very sturdy manufacturer/CYKOV box fits snugly inside a heavy-duty Amazon box), both fully intact; no visible damage, watermarks, etc. No shipping or delivery issues.Parts: All parts are present, individually packaged and depicted in photos in an assembly instructions booklet. The welds on the steel base look good. White cotton gloves are included–a nice touch of class. Small parts (screws. bolts, washers, etc.) to include a 5mm T-handled Allen wrench, are vacuum sealed on a blister pack card.Now here’s a very nice consideration on the part of the manufacturer, CYKOV; each of the fasteners (bolts, screws, etc,) includes an extra one in its respective blister pack–now that’s proactive customer service, and very appreciated. I didn’t lose any in the ensuing assembly process–but, I’ll admit to having been there on occasion.Assembly: The assembly instructions booklet is very clear and overall very good. All parts are identified in photos. Following the step-by-step instructions w/photos is not the least bit challenging. You need no more tools or fasteners than what are provided. One thing I found that was not mentioned in the instruction booklet was that the right-side arm and bracket, each bagged separately, were each secured with yellow tape on their protective bags–no doubt to differentiate from the left-side arm and bracket which were secured with clear tape. Very thoughtful, that likely precludes a potential mix-up during assembly. Following the instructions, full assembly took me less than one hour (including a leisurely coffee break).Function & Usage: Seat padding is firm, but comfortable; padding on the arms is less firm, yet quite good. The overall range of motion is as expected; the 360* rotation and rocking (fore & aft) are smooth. Hydraulic elevation (up & down) is firm and consistent. The actuator arm can also move in/out to lock/unlock the hydraulic cylinder, and can even lock in a reclining position. Reclining resistance is, of course, adjustable. No matter the attitude of the position, the chair feels very stable. For routine office applications, this chair will meet all needs in a firm yet comfortable manner. The adjustable lumbar is wider and more supportive than I expected–very well done. Overall I find this chair quite comfortable, especially as it encourages good posture and thus tends to diminish stiffness and fatigue.On a personal note . . . For me, as a guitarist, the flip-up arms are a godsend. It’s tough to maintain good posture during extended practice/playing sessions when the lower bout of your instrument is constantly bumping a fixed armrest. Now I don’t have to give that perpetual annoyance a second thought. Yes, I am very pleased with this chair. If you are in need of such a versatile chair, this one will not disappoint.

Me parece una excelente silla, es la mejor que he tenido hasta el momento, fácil de ensamblar, muy cómoda y resistente. Solo le pongo un pero, la base, donde van las llantas está muy alta y no la hace buena opción para escritorios que tengan entre 66 y 70 cms de alto, estos quedan muy abajo, le puse la base de mi antigua silla y quedo perfecta. La recomiendo 100% siempre y cuando tengas una base “plana” o tu escritorio sea de más de 90cms de alto.

Update on March 7,2025Seller was responding to my complaints quickly and assisted in solving the problems. I used their funds to repair the chair. The chair guy said there were couple of small metal chips setting in the coil. So my chair now works perfectly.The instructions are not clear. Had to disassemble many times to get it right. Manufacturer could use detailed labelling. Say m1 for right arm, m2 for left arm etc. Now letâs talk about the quality â¦. This chair will not stand more than half a year . So 200 dollars is too much.

Iâm disappointed with this purchase, though I have to admit itâs partly my fault for not paying closer attention to the product description. I thought I was buying a fully fabric office chair, but the arms and seat area are actually made of a blue plastic material. The description refers to this as âluxurious leather,â but Iâm not convinced â it certainly doesnât feel luxurious to me.The colour was another letdown. The listing showed a bright royal blue, but what I received is more of a dark navy, which wasnât what I wanted. As I sit here writing this review, Iâm already starting to feel uncomfortable â the chair makes me sweat even though itâs winter here in Scotland, where temperatures are often as low as -5°C to -10°C. Iâm dreading how unbearable it might be to use this chair during the summer months.Comfort-wise, itâs not great either. Itâs not the worst chair Iâve ever sat on, but itâs far from being the most comfortable. To give it some credit, it swivels smoothly, which is probably its only redeeming feature. Unfortunately, returning it isnât an option for me because it took the better part of my afternoon to assemble, and Iâm not keen on losing even more time dealing with that hassle again.All in all, this chair hasnât lived up to my expectations in terms of quality, comfort, or design. As time passes, Iâm already getting dead leg so I wouldnât recommend it to others.
