    Does what is was made to do.
    I was more than a little pleasantly surprised at how good this little machine was capable of producing excellent quality pizzas. The learning curve can be pretty quick to learn and reduce the number of burnt pizza crust that you may encounter when first starting.One of the secrets is that you need to get the pizza stone up to about 922°F. Once you’ve done this, and your pizza is ready to slide into the oven for baking. You need to turn the heat down to the lower setting which will give you a little bit more time to spin the pizza around, cook the Crust thoroughly and pull out the pizza within 60 seconds to two minutes.It is capable of making pizzas that are significantly better than pizzas made in your home oven. I enjoyed it so much that I purchased another 16 inch Oven for my daughter. You’re going to need a good Pizza peel, digital thermometer, and perhaps even the little implement that assists you in rotating your pizza deep in the oven.Enjoy your time with this machine.

    We love our Ooni pizza oven
    Since buying our Ooni pizza oven, I’ve been making pizzas every weekend.I’m glad I read through the reviews and watched a few videos before purchasing. I originally was going to buy the smaller, 12″ Ooni but went with the 16″ and so glad I did as it allows me to make larger pizzas and other items.It’s easy to assemble. Actually, I took it out of the box, unfolded the legs, put in the pizza stone and it was about ready to go in a few minutes.Watch some Ooni videos or go to their social media groups, tons of people willing to help and answer questions.My process is pretty simple, I fire up the oven about 30 minutes before I’m ready to start building my first pizza.I use an temp gun to check the temp of the stone. In the back right hand corner, I let it get to about 850-900 degrees. The center of the stone is around 750 degrees when the back corner is 900.Just before “launching” my pizza, I turn the flame down to low and then launch the pizza.After 30 seconds, I slide the metal pizza peel in, pull the pizza out and (while wearing gloves) then spin the pizza about 1/3. Slide the pizza back in, wait another 30 seconds and repeat the spin process.A do that a 3rd time and then pull the pizza.The dough is well cooked, the bottom a nice light/medium brown and the toppings are sizzling hot.Once the pizza is removed, I turn the heat back to full, go inside, put the 1st pizza in the oven set at 250 degrees to keep it warm, then build the second pizza.Once I’m done building the second pie (about 5 minutes), the stone is back up to temp and I repeat the same process.I can knock out 2 pizzas for the family in about 15 minutes from starting to build the first pie.I’ve been making my own dough using our kitchenaid mixer and will never buy packaged pizza dough again.For those reviews complaining that they can’t get it right, a few videos and asking some questions in the Ooni forums or groups, makes it pretty easy.My family and friends rave about my pizzas and it’s become a weekly thing in our house.They do go on sale from time to time so if you’re in no rush, you can wait for a sale to save some money

    Best purchase of 2023
    I bought 4 of these pizza ovens for Christmas… one for each of my kids and one for me. We are all obsessed with them and use them at least once a week. It took a little practice to get the pizza cooked to our preferred consistency. No bad things to say…we all LOVE this pizza oven. This is a great quality oven, sleek design. We like that it’s small and so it is portable. I bought the gas ovens and it has been nice to hook them right up to our propane tank. The oven comes basically assembled and comes with great instructions for use. The pizzas made with this oven are better than going to our local pizzeria. They are delicious!Things we’ve learned- put the temp to high let the oven heat up for approximately 30 minutes. Before putting the pizza in the oven, turn the heat to medium or medium-low. Turn pizza with peel a quarter turn when back edges start to brown, and continue turning as back gets brown. We have found that semolina flour works great to help with burning. Pizzas take about 3 minutes to cook using this method.Could not be happier with this product!

    What Pizza in about 90 seconds, get this oven. You will have to purchase all the tools but it’s fun and a good party activity.

    Il prodotto si presenta robusto e di facile utilizzo. Ingombrante lo scatolone viste le dimensioni del forno.facile da installare, e lo puoi portare ovunque.Importante è prendere confidenza con la regolazione della fiamma e con i tempi di cottura, davvero rapidi, per evitare di bruciare il cornicione.non semplice la pulizia della pietra.Pizza sempre buona e cotta alla perfezione. testato con diversi tipi di impasti

    Stop messing about. You know it’s awesome, you’ve seen the videos.Just a tip before you make your first pizza. Make sure that you know how to “launch them”I have a pizza paddle and I cover it with semolina.But watch a video and give it a “shoogle” to keep it moving. My first launch into the oven was a disaster? But absolutely nothing to do with the product, it was my lack of knowledge.Also best dough recipe.1000g 00 flour,600ml water25g salt (not a typo)2-3gr of dried active yeast (I use caputo)Let it rest until doubled in size,Then separate into 4 equal portions and put in the fridge….And momamia you have THE best dough you will experience… ENJOY! 😊

    Loved it! Bought the Ooni Koda 16 to master our home pizza making game and I’m so happy with my purchase.A big shoutout to the Pizza Pro team and especially Mr Praveen who was proactively working to make sure our order reached us on time since delivery was delayed by Bluedart. They continue to have some of the best customer service and have provided untiring support over WhatsApp to all my queries :)The oven is amazing and with the right dough recipe we’ve been able to churn out amazing restaurant style Pizzas at home at a fraction of the price.The oven is solidly reliable, looks sleek, and is exceptionally easy to setup and use. Just need to get your hands on an LPG cylinder (which I had to get since my home runs on piped gas), and you’re good to go.It does take 40 mins or so on high to reach 400*C which PizzaPro assured me is normal since you don’t get pure Propane in India, and LPG contains high volumes of butane which makes it difficult to attain high temperatures in the 20 mins advertised on the Ooni website and booklets. Once it’s ripping hot, it takes less than 80 seconds to get a pizza ready. Make sure to get an infrared thermometer to monitor temps!Can be easily used for making naans, grilling veggies and meat, among other things. Super excited to explore the full possibilities!
