1. Please check whether the TX and RX are paired successfully
2. Please check whether the receiver is fully inserted into the phone. If the phone case blocks the interface, please remove it and try again
3. Please check whether it is in silent mode
How to pair the transmitter with the receiver of a lavalier microphone?
Turn on the transmitter then plug the receiver into your device, the transmitter and receiver will connect automatically.
How can I mute while recording?
Press the button on the transmitter to enter mute mode and the indicator light will flash green. Press again and resume recording.
NOTE: After receiving the product, please charge the transmitter first.
The transmitter’s battery may become dead in storage. Please charge the transmitter before using it for the first time. If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know via your order page

Al momento probé el producto y todo está muy bien, no me gusta mucho que el clip venga aparte del micrófono eso puede ocasionar que en algún momento se rompa. Por lo pronto seguiré probando.

Needs iPhone charger to charge connector part
I had no idea how to charge the connector part. The charger that comes with the kit only charges the mic. But the connector charges with the iPhone 14 and older phone charger. Will come back now that I know how to use it.

Iâve been using this lavalier microphone for man-on-the-street interviews and Iâm really impressed with its performance. The foam cover helps cut down wind noise so I donât have to worry about audio issues when filming outside. The clip is very sturdy and Iâve even run around with it on and it hasnât fallen off. It captures great sound from both the interviewer and interviewee which is exactly what I need for my content. Iâve also used it occasionally for streaming and I was surprised by how low the latency is. thereâs almost no delay which is great. The microphone feels solid with a nice, firm weight to it and the sleek black design makes it look professional. Itâs easy to set up and comfortable to wear which is key for long shoots or streaming sessions. Iâm very pleased with its durability and how well it holds up in different conditions.

It’s truly plug and play.I tested the audio and compared it to my iPhoneâs built-in mic. This external mic clips onto your shirt collar and delivers noticeably better sound. The gain is low, so it doesnât pick up distant background noise, which is exactly what you want. It focuses on your voice, not the surroundings.If the mic is 16 to 20 inches away from your mouth, the sound quality drops off, but thatâs expected with this type of microphone. I mention this because I saw some one-star reviews complaining about the sound. In reality, itâs quite good. Definitely not professional studio quality, but very solid for this price range. Itâs far better than my iPhoneâs mic: less echo and clearer overall.

Got this for my daughter (11) who’s making videos with her phone.No mess no fuss. It’s just plug and play.For the price it’s audio is way better than the phone if you’re moving around alot.Very much a cheep plastic feel on the build quality but solid enough.Will be interesting to see how it lasts long term but honestly a really decent inexpensive way to get improved audio if you’re a hobbiest looking to improve the audio quality out of your phone.

These microphones are really easy to use. You just plug the receiver into the lightning port of your iPhone or iPad, turn on the mics and they connect instantly (they came pre-charged). The clips are easy to insert and very convenient. The sound quality is good. It’s not the greatest but considering the price for a pack of 2 mics, I’m not sure how much better it’s supposed to be. Sound is clear when mics are at a reasonable distance from the mouth (clipped on collar or lapel). The pink foam is a little more washed out in real life compared to the photos but that is really minor.
