Like no other
I’ve owned several air mattresses in my life. This mattress is by far the most comfortable one that I’ve EVER slept on!!! I got the twin size. The ease to inflate/deflate is also by far the easiest! I’ve had foot pumps, electrical pumps and built-in pumps the required pushing and twisting the inflate/deflate buttons in just the right way to get it to work. On this mattress, it’s a simple turn to inflate & deflate. It does it very quickly too! Using the built-in pump to deflate gets all the air out, so that packing is made easier. You don’t have to keep mashing and squeezing to get it to go back in the bag. This mattress is also quieter when you are moving on it, than most of the other ones that I’ve owned.After about 5 weeks it started to leak. I thought oh well, here we go again. That was short lived. I got ready to go online in search of another mattress. However, after reading about customer service, reluctantly I decided to give it a try. I’ve tried customer service on one of my other mattress that claimed to have a lifetime warranty for repairs or replacement. I’ve called their customer service multiple times, left voice messages and to this day I have not heard a word from them. So, I wasn’t very enthusiastic about calling customer service. However, I did call. I got an answering service machine. I left a message, thinking I wouldn’t hear from them either. I started my search for another mattress. In less than 15 minutes I GOT A CALL BACK!! I was shocked!! I couldn’t believe it!! The representative named Joy, was human, knowledgeable and ready to assist me. I was given the option of a refund or a replacement mattress. I chose a replacement. This happened on a Wednesday, by Saturday my new mattress arrived!!! Their customer service is 100/100 in my book!! I’ve never encountered customer service with anything like that in my 66 years of life!! So far so good with my new mattress. Joy told me that if I have any other problems to give them a call back. I’m not sure for how long though.However, when purchasing a product from a company like this, it removes all the doubt and hesitation about the purchase, making the purchase a no brainer!! Thanks Joy for your assistance. I hope this mattress with continue to function well, but I can rest easy knowing that customer service in there for me. I will keep you posted on how well my new mattress works.

Exceptional After-Sales Service from the brand!
Unfortunately, the air mattress we purchased started leaking after only a few uses. However, the seller sent me a new one and their customer service was absolutely outstanding and completely turned the experience around!I contacted Vosser’s customer service via Amazon to report the issue, and they responded quickly and proactively via both phone and email. They asked for photos of the damaged product, and as soon as I sent them, they immediately arranged for a new replacement to be shipped. They also consistently followed up â I received calls and emails confirming they had received my information, that the new mattress had been dispatched, and even a follow-up to ensure I received everything.The entire process was incredibly fast, efficient, and thoughtful. This level of care and dedication to customer satisfaction is something I truly wanted to share.As for the mattress itself, the mattress itself is very good. It’s easy to inflate and deflate, and it’s quite comfortable to sleep on. I’ve found it doesn’t sag or become soft overnight, and I haven’t experienced any back pain after a week of use.The only some minor points are that when one person gets up, it can cause a slight movement for the person sleeping next to them, and the mattress before inflation is a bit heavy.

High quality bed
I purchased this mattress at Christmas and used it for the first time camping. I a got the say it worked great. I liked the in flat and deflate controls. Especially the deflate when it came to getting the air out. It comes with a storage bag that’s plenty big enough to hold the bed. For me my biggest concern was how many amps it takes to inflate the bed. For those who use a 12 volt inverter to inflate the bed any small 120 watt inverter will work.

Problem solved overnight
I had this mattress for a little while, and some of the seams popped on the lines of the mattress. I contacted Vosser who asked me to send some information to them. The very next day I was told they were sending me a new mattress. The mattress came the very next day.! The customer service was wonderful. Everyone was nice and working to get my problem resolved. I highly recommend this company. They stood behind their product with me.

Great mattress
I purchased this Vosser twin air mattress over a month ago. My son needed to use it while staying with me. First of all it was easy to inflate and adjust. He stated it was very comfortable and better than expected. I want to add that after more than a month of daily use I had a problem with the mattress, I contacted the company and was truly amazed at their customer service. They responded quickly, resolved the problem, and were exceptional to work with. I recommend this company highly, if you have any issues they will resolve them, without hesitation.

So much better than air mattresses of the past!
This is an excellent mattress, with surprisingly good support (most likely due to the internal coils) and simply couldn’t be easier to set up and take down. I’ve used a number of different air mattresses over the years for extra guests and once or twice as a temporary bed for myself, but this one is far and away the best. The speed with which it inflates and deflates, and how easy it is to re-roll it for storage, is impressive. Great value, happy customer, highly recommend this item.

This was such an easy set up! Iâm. Pretty big girl (5â8 and 250lbs), and by laying on this thing for the first time I can tell this is gonna be a great asset to my sleep. I had to find something fast because my old air mattress had holes in it from when my exâs kids would jump on it and this morning I woke up on the floor and had back problems. Fresh bed= fresh start 🙂 itâs a good height off the floor, and itâs really easy to store
