My 3yo loves it
We got this for my toddler for Christmas last year (he had just turned 3yo Nov 30th for reference) he absolutely loves this thing heâs able to drive it very well even at the highest speed setting which goes pretty fast you will not be able to catch it even if running they most likely wonât be able to hear you either if to far ahead so itâs important your child knows road safety/rules or lock the speed to where max speed (3) canât be reached. My child knows to stop at any stop sign or road crossing to wait for me to cross, he knows to be alert an if a car is coming move to the side & get as close to the grass then stop for the car to pass & me to catch up, he knows to always ask before going to speed 3 (highest speed) since he rides mainly in the large parking area in front of our apartment so when he asks to put it on 3 we can go to one of the 3 parking areas that have a few or no parked cars since 3 speed setting has the most drifting capabilities an the go kart is a little harder to control at top speed (you can absolutely drift on 2-medium speed setting just not as intense as 3) as soon as he sits in the go kart he is to put the seatbelt on(heâll mimic me when I was teaching him & say âSafety Firstâ when buckling) even if he is on 1- slowest speed setting, the only rule he needs to be reminded of at almost every ride is when he is in 1st,2nd, an especially 3rd âgearâ to always watch where heâs going âkeep his eyes on the roadâ (when heâs racing his friends that are on bikes he likes to look behind him while driving to see how far behind they are which can be dangerous especially when going max speed) and when he shifts his gear to R(reverse) to back up that he is to look behind him so he can see where heâs going of course the rest of the safety rules are pretty much second nature to him as heâs done them all since he first drove it an I only had to tell/show him the other rules once so he caught on to them pretty quickly & the rule of watching where heâs driving heâs catching on (I know itâs just a kids natural curiosity to observe their surroundings)I also made sure to explain the dangers that could happen to him if he didnât follow âour safety rulesâ in a way he could understand & that is age appropriate! I also donât let any of the neighborhood kids drive it unless I know the child/childâs parents & their parent/s say yes an are outside to watch their kid drive, My 3yo says they can(since itâs his I/kid always ask his permission if they can drive it first then we proceed with their parents, etc), an it depends on the child (which is why I prefer to know the child) if theyâre capable of understanding the safety rules & following the directions I give, we also do a safety check before the first ride of the day making sure bolts are tightened properly, the pedal is free of debris or any object, etc. something I noticed that gave me peace of mind when heâs driving is having something where I can catch up to him quickly even when heâs going max speed a few months ago I purchased an electric scooter that can go faster than his max speed so if I need to catch up to him quickly itâs totally not necessary as long as the child knows & follows the rules youâve laid out for their safety it just lowers my anxiety knowing I can get to him quickly no matter what speed heâs going! the reason for me explaining all this is because I wish someone had done it for me when I first purchased it so I knew exactly everything to expect (for example I read the details/description of the go kart an I knew it was capable of going fast but I wasnât prepared for exactly how fast it would go at max speed until I visually saw it in 3rd âgearâ) my 3yo is rough little boy & so far the go karts held up amazingly the quality is awesome itâs very sturdy so much so I have even drove it a couple of times (Iâm 5â1 100lbs for reference ) it works on regular roads, sidewalks, grass(although this surface drains battery faster as well as it doesnât go as fast as it would on a hard flat surface) those are all the surfaces weâve tried currently. I says itâs absolutely worth the price an I highly recommend for all those adventure seeking, thrill loving toddler/kids! Imo the battery life is awesome itâs never completely drained the battery to where it wouldnât go anymore since we got it just remember when outside if your child gets off to do something else always turn it off (thereâs a power switch location on the back of go kart) until their ready ride again an when done riding for the day turn it off & put it on the charger until fully charged all an all itâs an awesome electric go kart my toddler had other electric âpower wheelsâ standard vehicles 6v,12v but heâd get bored with them quickly as most he/I could walk faster than theyâd go he also has older siblings that have hoverboards, electric scooters, etc an none of his 6v or 12v vehicles could keep up with them but at 24v, 3speed settings, this go kart definitely does it all keeps his attention & allows him to keep up with his older siblings itâs been 5months and this is still his go to over all his other powered vehicles and non powered vehicles like his bike or kick scooter the only con I have is I wish the wheels werenât made of plastic and/or they had other wheel options you could buy to replace the plastic ones if you wanted to other than that I have no complaints nor does my 3yo! Weâre Definitely satisfied and happy with our purchase thus far

EZ assembly + fast + good battery life + looks cool + prime delivery = BUY THIS
Purchased Nov. 2024 for my 4 y.o. daughter. Have had it for a week and have used the kart 3 times so far without any issue. Get the two seater! Marginally more expensive but so much more fun for friends and cousins to visit.THE GOOD1. I am not a handy man, but this assembly took me no more than 80 minutes without any annoyance or confusion and without any specialized tools.2. Great battery life (>45 minutes).3. Battery life indicator light is really helpful.4. Good drifting ability.5. We have only gone up to speed 2 (out of 3) and boy is it FAST. My daughter actually said no to goingfaster because second speed is plenty for her. Kicks the crud out of those battery cars you get from toy stores.6. Nice to be able to control the speed by adjusting a set screw in the throttle.7. Easy to access the battery compartment and disconnect the power to the battery directly. This will be good for long term storage without use to protect the battery life.THE BAD1. Absolutely no suspension, so I’m wary of the longevity of the parts over time. Also, this makes for a heck of a bumpy ride.2. The tires are plastic, and on asphalt roads after 3 uses I’m already concerned about the potential degradation of the tires.3. No lights or reflectors of any kind, so if you’re using it on a road safety is a concern.4. No way toWhat I’m most excited about is that, with the more aggressive speed options, I genuinely think my kid will keep using this for at least a few years. I remember getting the “monster truck” one when I was a kid and after 4 or 5, you age out pretty fast because it’s so boringly slow.

Avoid it, mass produced unsafe.
It really is just flimsy plastic garbage. The “rubber” on the front tries does not exist. Its all just plastic with slightly less hard but still hard plastic. key components are plastic like the seat lock which is a huge safety issue. The Seat belt when strapped down for the low age range produces enough slack to get wraped up in the rear tires. The instructions were written by someone with a 3rd grade education. Step 1 put this axle in and then flip the whole contraption over for 13 other steps before you touch it again. The plastic floor boards need additional washers to hold them down and still install with a washer on the nut side. Also the directions are inccorrect on this step again as it has the notched side reversed. There are like 5 super tiny bolts that hold this hole thing together. Not enough bite on any of the threads They really should use castle nuts and pins for the axle rods. Covering with ill fitting plastic covers and hoping the low grade lock nuts never come off seems to be their solution. Even in the air there is a lack of power to the wheels, not sure if that is cause their main battery connection is relies on a crappy under sized clip that did NOT clip down on ours, I pushed with the but of a wrench and it still just pops up. Any harder and it would break the connector, needs to use a different style or more robust connection. The front wheels… one freely spins and wobbles and won’t tighten down enough, I had to go get filler washers and the other side was so tight the wheel wouldn’t spin more than two rotations. Hope the kids don’t need to turn right at any point.Tired shredded after one use. can’t get replacements so its a 300 dollar brick after one day of use. It’s a huge huge pile that shouldn’t be allowed for sale without the above improvments and more.

I bought this kart for my grandchildren (boys ages 6, 8 girl 6) in June 2022. They all love it. Absolutely trouble free until one of them managed to do something while using it as an ATV that I still can’t figure out and burned out a motor. The company’s customer service responded quickly, a new motor was dispatched, I installed it and we are back in business. In passing I had a chance to note the quality of design and construction of the kart – very impressive engineering. Highly recommend this product.

We got this for our 4 rear old girls birthday. Sheâs never had a power wheels style ride on before. She started with the first 2 settings, but by day 4 she decided to try setting 3. Setting 2 is a fast speed walk, but setting 3 is a full on jog. This go kart really flies, if you allow it to. Luckily thereâs a way to easily lock off setting 2 or 3 by added a fixed spacer that the child cannot remove without a screw driver. The battery life is solid. We havenât ran out of juice yet, but charge after each use (as per instructions). She typically uses it for 30-45 mins at a time:Iâd highly recommend based on our current experience ð

This is a solid built heavy steel frame (not just cheap China metal) childrenâs go kart but hey, it hauled my 175lbs around like nothing. Amazing purchase, I may eventually get another. Itâs a blast for all the kids on the street
