Meets a need well and inexpensively
I needed a way to read SD cards and micro SD cards. I wanted to be able to read them through a standard USB and a micro USB slot. This product does it all. I know. I tested it out as soon as I got the thing. You may think that is one of those phony reviews, but its not. It’s not really a hugely complicated thing, but getting it right so that it’s convenient and easy takes some user interface engineering. This does all I need and very elegantly. If you need the same capabilities I needed, this is the device for you.

Perfect SD reader.
This is a cute little wonder. I’m really glad to have it. I mean, just the ability to have a card reader is great, but the dul connections mean that I can also connect to the phone. Very handy.

Works great and a great price
I had a bad micro SD card that I could not seem to format for my phone and needed a way to connect the card directly to my laptop. This USB adapter did the job and I have not had any problems with it so far. I definitely recommend this unit if you are looking for an adapter.

Works great, but I got lucky…..for once.
Fantastic product. Bought to watch movies on my home tv that were downloaded on my android. Works flawlessly.Have to say tho, I got lucky. The SD card sticks out the side and JUST fit in the nook on my tv that holds the usb port. Also, you’re gonna want to wrap a piece of tape around it to hold the SD card in the stick. If the SD card pops loose, it can dry the card. Lost 2 that way.

Works fine once inserted but….
Reader, per se, works fine as an adapter for a MicroSD card. However, I could not get the USB end into a USB port on my PC. Tried two ports and it just would not go in. Was going to do a return. I remembered I had a 2.0 4 port hub I was not using, pulled it out and, after a good hard (emphasis on hard) push, got this device to go in one of the 4 ports. Since I was not using the hub, I’ll just leave this device plugged into it. (The USB end of the hub cable plugged into the PC with no problem in case someone was wondering.)

bought for game cam
I bought this for my boyfriend’s game cam cards. The card is a small sd card and it was a pain to try and review the photos on the camera. This card reader made things more easier since I was able to use with my laptop. With plug-n-play, it works perfect.

Bought this again to view trail camera pictures, it has worked well and is compact. I bought white because I drop things and white Is easier to find in woods!
