Nice, a quick read a few of the sessions won’t be for everyone but still a great book. I read it in 2 days and did all of the sessions that made sense for me to do, it does recommend buying a OWN IT workbook (NOT necessary at all) you can just use a note book. One of the best self published books I have read (I’m usually very against self published books).
