Very Uncomfortable
I find this chair very uncomfortable. The lumbar support is so thick and large that one must bend backward, like doing limbo, to put your body against the seat back or headrest. The lumbar only adjusts up and down, not forward and back so it is always holding your back about 5″ forward of the chair back. Bending back against the chair back and headrest puts your facing looking upward. This is not practical or comfortable.

A good buy
Well, now that I have used the chair more than once I am ready to right a review. First let me say it was really easy to assemble. Next, I needed this so I could work remotely. I have used it a few times and so has my sister and we are both really happy with it. I am 5’9″ and she is 5’5″ and we were both able to adjust it to where we would be comfy.

Super solid construction, full metal base. Comfortable seat. Love the adjustable lumbar and headrest, and the flip up armrests. I put bell glides on mine to protect my LVP floor from the wheels. This was an excellent value.

Pick a different chair!!
Avoid this product. It is cheap, the screw holes do not line up and amazon support wanted me to take it all back apart and lug it to a UPS in order for me to get my money back or return the broken chair. Go get a chair from somewhere you can trust.
