Good purchase
I just finished putting my new chair together. This was definitely among the easiest chairs I’ve put together and all of the parts seemed to be in good condition (not always the case with this kind of thing!). The chair feels comfortable when I sit in it. The lumbar support is a little more pronounced than I normally use, but I’m the type to remove lumbar support most of the time. It also goes low enough to the ground that I don’t feel like my short legs are dangling, so that’s a win, too!

Don’t do it!!
The chair broke with in two month, but by then it was to late to return and the mfg. has ignored multiple request of assistance. The bigger problem is that I was excited about the chair and the extra lumbar support, due to the fact I had surgery on four disc in my lower back in Nov 2024. Now I have no recourse but to sent more money and get a different chair. Don’t buy this chair!!!!!

Very nice office chair
This chair was delivered last night and only took about half and hour to assemble. The assembly video on the Amazon site was very helpful.The first time I sat in it I was very pleased. It’s very comfortable and the lumbar support was great – the first time I had a chair with adjustable lumbar support. I’ve owned more expensive chairs and this one beats them all.The quality appears to be excellent. I expect this chair to last for many years.

This is a really good chair for the back support it provides. It was surprisingly comfortable with the additional lumbar support where in the past I have had chairs that despite the lumbar support and hedrest didn’t work as intended.

I’ve got two of these chairs now. One black and this one in gray. They’re excellent chairs. Very sturdy, comfortable to sit on for extended work periods. If one thing needs some work, I wish that all of these chair manufacturers would switch off of these plastic wheels. They’re terrible. A larger, roller blade style wheel set would make these chairs perfect. Easily adjust the lumbar and headrest while you’re sitting in it as well. If you’re in the market for a new chair and aren’t into spending $1500, this is a good starter. ð
