Great hammock but Peacock color is a very shiny, vibrant green. Not peacock teal.
Received hammock yesterday and Iâm already in love with it! Itâs very comfortable and will fit two people. The size is perfect for my balcony. I ordered the peacock color thinking it would be more of a peacock teal but itâs green. Very green. Not the color I was looking for so Iâm going to keep it as a backup and order a color that goes better with my outdoor furniture.Itâs sturdy, very simple and easy to put together and really looks and feels well made. Stay within the weight limit, donât let kids jump and play around on it and youâll have a great hammock to enjoy for many years.

Chain broke
Overall, like it, after making an upgrade.Cons: the chain broke with two people on it. Was nowhere near the rated load limit. Links are not welded so one just opened up and dropped us on the floor. Went to the local farm store and bought some real chain. Used bolt cutters to remove the ring from the rope. Transferred one rope loop at a time to a new chain quick link as I removed them from the original ring. Won’t break now.Had a little bit of an odor. It has decreased some with being outside.Other: make sure the adjustable arms are fully engaged in the slots, not just the pin in the round hole, otherwise it can come off when you climb on.Pros: Comfortable. Easy to set up. Really nice relaxing with my wife on it. Haven’t tried taking it anywhere, but is heavy enough I wouldn’t want to lug it very far. But being heavy comes with being strong, so not actually a problem for me. Chose this one over other weaker looking and rated frames.

First off this hammock looks somewhat different from the pictures on the product page. It didnât bother me at first; I figured maybe itâs a newer/older model. There were a number of scratches on the hammock which made me think perhaps itâs an older model and perhaps was returned. Thatâs fine. But when I went to assemble the hammock, I noticed a lot of issues.First off, itâs not very adjustable. It is in theory, but in practice, the pegs they use to adjust the angle of each end of the hammock are very finicky and often hard to insert/remove. Also, the hammock is very resistant to spread out during the final step of assembly; I had to use both legs to help me push out each side, and even then it took a lot of effort. I got this hammock specifically for the ease of assembly/disassembly and itâs probably more of a pain to put together than the other stand I own which comes in 3 large pieces.Regarding size, this stand does not support the length ranges it claims on the listing. It barely fits the hammock it comes with. I own 3 other hammocks (two of which are within the listed acceptable length range) and none of them fit on this stand. They either drape to the ground, or one setting up, will not stretch to the necessary length.Overall, I donât recommend this product. Iâd just recommend getting one of the many multi-piece hammock stands you see everywhere on Amazon.

The handle on the bag pulled loose nearly immediately. The stand works well but some velcro straps would make packing it up easier. The hammock isn’t folds up but only once you disassemble the cross bars. They are not hinged. You have to replace two bolts every time you want to break down the hammock.It folds down to about 4.5ft in the bag but it’s not overly heavy.The bag is a good material but I’m thinking the stitching will all fail given the handle already pulled loose. The zipper will fail nextWill it work and do what I want… Yes. Could it be much better with minor adjustments…. Yes

This was a really good purchase would recommend for those looking for a decent sized and strength 2-person hammock. The hammock is comfortable with the right amount of movement and the bars help to keep it steady the material is strong and smooth and it will hold up in the sun, if you left it outside. Each end of the hammock has loops to change the position on the stand. The frame is strong and folds and fits perfectly in the carryon bag provided. I tested it on every setting and the lowest you wonât hit the ground the trick is to have the frame more open and the chains as tight as you can. For optimal results I used the first link of chain after loop on each size and then without anything in the hammock I found the settings on the frame as tight as I could get it and itâs perfect.After setting up, folding and moving is too take care of the hammock over time as it is used and moved the only thing that might have wear and tear is the powered coating paint on the frame.The frame can hold any type of hammock definitely worth the price 🙂

The stand is a tad heavier than expected, which is fine by me as Iâm happier for it being very sturdy. The hammock is a good size and also seems very sturdy! The frame collapses down well enough to fit into a car trunk, etc., which is very convenient for me. It is adjustable in a few ways, which is great if you prefer a more or less taught hammock, or one end a bit higher. One small challenge is that I have found it can be challenging to get the connecting bits to lock (because it is so sturdy, so it doesnât have much give if youâre a few millimeters off trying to get the nub through the hole), and conversely if it does like up very well I havenât always gotten the knack of having it stay locked in place. Thankfully due to overall sturdiness this hasnât lead to me feeling it will collapse under me, however fair warning that set up and take down may take a few minutes longer than instant-set up. Overall I am very happy with this purchase, would absolutely buy it for others too, and should have bought mine sooner!

Iâm writing this from the hammock⦠so far so good there. Pretty ticked it didnât come with a bag, but I bought this from the Amazon warehouse so I guess I get what I get. Frame is a bit awkward at first but setup is straightforward once you figure out what goes where.Be careful when removing hammock from the box as it can snare on the metal components.

Experienced some issues regarding the hammock and beams. Issue was resolved quickly by their team. Hammock set-up and tear down is quick. Hammock is comfortable to sit on and lay down in. Carrying bag could be enlarged to allow for an easier time packing up.
