Assembly ridiculously difficult
Absolute worse design for a water play. Really difficult to get the trough to lock in the red supports – my hands hurt after trying to assemble. Definitely did not just click like in the video they showed. Not sure how much it will leak, there are a few connections that just will NOT lock into the support.

Very difficult to put together. At least for a single mom her hands hurt when she was finished from how hard she had to push the pieces together. The kids did have fun with it.

Not what I was expecting for the price
The images shown makes it look a lot bigger than it really is. Assembly was difficult, it was hard having to fit the pieces in together. Itâs not as fun as I thought it would be. When you drop the boats down from the top and you have a gate piece at the bottom to help it go left or right but it doesnât really go. It just wasnât what I thought it was going to be especially for the price. Itâs a bunch of plastic pieces that you fit together, seems cheap but it hasnât fallen apart yet. It did come with extra water sealing pieces. I feel like an actual water table would be more fun than this. Itâs not a bad buy but not what I was expecting. It did come with a lot of extra toys like vehicles.

Didnât last long unfortunately
Unfortunately this lasted about 3 days before my toddler accidentally sat on it and it broke. But the pieces that hold each part together snap off way too easily, so it doesnât hold in water that well and I constantly had to keep snapping it back together.

Pros:Loads of parts to build and explore. Kept the kids busy for ages.The two-tier design makes it much more exciting than a basic water table.The pump works well and adds a bit of extra fun.Great for the garden, patio, or even near the paddling pool.Once itâs all together, itâs nice and sturdy.Plenty of ways to build and change it up.Cons:Very fiddly to put together.My hands were really sore afterwards, I wish it came with a little tool to help click the pieces in properly.Verdict:This is a brilliant toy once it’s up and running, but getting there takes a bit of effort. Itâs not the easiest to assemble, and I definitely felt it in my hands after all the pushing and clicking things into place. A simple tool wouldâve made a big difference. That said, itâs been worth it. The kids absolutely love it. They spend ages pouring, splashing, and watching the water flow through all the ramps and spinners. The two levels are great for sharing without arguments. Itâs messy, fun, and perfect for summer.

Firstly, it is an absolute pain to put together. It’s like guttering but harder. Once you’ve got the knack of it it isn’t that bad but unfortunately for me I had 2 pieces left before I figured out an easier way – and my thumbs were hurting.Once together you fill it up with water, then use the suction plunger in the middle to fill up the top chamber.Pop yourself a boat or two in the top chamber, then release the water using the gate and the boats then flow down.Then you can push the boats around the circuit with your hands, or use the fixed paddles which when rotated seem to create a current, pushing the boats around a bit.It’s fun for about 30 minutes to be honest – my 2 and a half year old daughter loves water and got bored of it.Not a chance I’m taking it apart as it will likely never go back together (because it’s a pain) so would be resigned to the bin – what a lot of plastic waste.Save your money, go to the park or the beach.

I bought the water table toy for my 5 year oldâs backyard playdates and all the kids in the neighbourhood came to join it. The 100 piece DIY waterways set can keep them entertained for hours. They love building their water paths with the pump, pipes and spinning wheels then watching the water cascade down both levels. The sturdy plastic construction holds up to play and I love that itâs lightweight enough to move from the garden.
