Can’t hook it up to water
Junk, went to set it up today and this not a universal adapter. I can’t hook water up to this at all. Took it to Home Depot and they said they don’t have anything that will help.I missed my return window by one day and there is no way to message the seller.

Not universal connection
Update to the original 3 star review below: the customer service for this company is outstanding. I did not request a refund or replacement but they reached out to me and offered a solution. Their response time has been stellar and I consider the issue resolved.In theory, this is a cool toy. In reality, the “universal hose connection ” is anything but universal. My husband ended up creating his own connector, just in time for the 4 year old to bump into it and the prong that goes into the ground snapped off. We used cinderblocks to hold it in place and the kids are enjoying it regardless. I would not recommend this sprinkler.

Does not work with any hose attachments
The “universal” connector does not work on anything other than a cut open hose line. You cannot connect it to anything. you would need to cut any type of hose connector off in order to get it to work.

My grandchildren and I were so excited to receive this VATOS 57″ Windmill Sprinkler Toy. We’ve been wanting something like this for a while. They love playing with water so this is an added bonus.It’s still a bit cold so we weren’t able to play in it yet, but I did hook it up to the hose to see how it works.It’s easy to assemble and install.I love the bright colours and how simply it connects to any water supply with just a hose and can be functioning in a matter of minutes.The part that connects to the universal interface hose connector part is too small and forces the hose out of place – when I turned the tap hose on, the water pressure blew it right off. It requires a metal hose clip to get a better grip and hold it in place. The hose needs to be turned on full blast for it to work properly.It also helps to stake the hose down in a couple of places to prevent tripping over it – as I did.On the plus side, the water pressure on the sprinkler was good. The small windmill tubes spin around, spraying water in all directions. The idea is great. The children are looking forward to playing in it. I also think it would make a good sprinkler for the garden when the children are not using it.Overall the price is fantastic. Quality could be better but I think it depends on the width and brand of your hose pipe as regardless of one small part, my grandchildren will have fun with it no doubt.

Simple to set up, but impossibly tricky to get kids to come away from as they’re having too much fun! I don’t expect it to last more than one summer as it’s not the sturdiest design, but for now, it’s bringing a lot of joy.

Good fun for the kids, and very easy to set up. Functionally it works well and can hold itself up with a little support, as well as being very easy to setup (you simply plug the hose into it, essentially). It makes a royal old mess and gets everyone and everything soaking, which the kids of course love.Cant comment on the price (cant see one) but the kids are happy with it so what can I say? It certainly has a summer of heavy use infront of it I imagine.
