Balls cracked in half after the first throw even though this was played indoors on a padded carpet floor.

Defective Balls Ruin the Game
The first time we used this both balls on one of the blue sets wouldn’t light up and one ball on one of the red sets wouldn’t light up. The switches on the broken balls didn’t click like the switches on the balls that worked so the balls were obviously defective. I tried to contact the company and they said that since Amazon delivered the product I’d have to go through Amazon and since we didn’t use the game until after the 30 day Amazon return window had passed I am S.O.L. The quality of the ladder isn’t great either. It’s quite thin and feels like it might break or blow away (it’s not normal PVC pipe like other ladder balls, just thin plastic). The strings on the balls are really thin and tangle up terribly too which is annoying. However, I do have to say that the lights glowing inside the ladder do look cool. It would be pretty fun if all of the balls lit up but if you’re playing outside on a dark moonless light and you can’t see the balls it kind of ruins the game. I’ll probably just use the good balls that don’t tangle from my non-glowing set if I want to enjoy the novelty of the glowing ladder in the future.
