Very good
I have two little girls and during the day I can’t record my videos for social networks so I have to do it at night, I bought these lights to see if they worked for me, the truth is I like them a lot they are very powerful, the pedestals are more fragile but the lights are super good 100% recommended

Versatile with adjustable intensity, mode and casting direction.
Pro: Good lamp pair, easy to adjust lighting intensity, mode, and direction. I like that the light can be cast, pivoted and directed in nearly any direction. This makes them more versatile than regular streaming/podcast lighting and more functional than anticipated. The pole is adjustable from 12 inches to 5 feet, starting above the pronged feet. They helped with my Zoom room lighting. A big plus for me is that I can direct the lighting so I don’t have a glare in my glasses while still having even lighting on my face. Con: I wish the legs were adjustable so I could place the lights on my desk, but the leg prongs are not adjustable. They are either up or they are down, and they sprawl too widely for practical use on a table/desk.The lamp is plastic with metal screws. Not the sturdiest plastic, it seems brittle, on the light casing and the led light cover, but sturdy enough on the pole. The pronged leg has aluminum braces. I think the lights will probably last a while if they don’t get roughly handled, knocked around or fall over on a hard surface.

Nice lights for their price point
These lights arrived on time and were packaged well. They are fairly bright and are dimmable which is what I wanted. However, they would not be good for lighting a large area. You would need more of them or more powerful lights.

Itâs ok for beginners
It wasnât what I expected, the light was not as bright and the stand took up so much space it makes it hard to place it in a small space.

Sturdy and versatile!
These are great lights for the price, just what I needed and the best part they extend very high. I have a podcast that I film in my home and they make the perfect backlighting needed for a great video!

I would not recommend this product.
Really low quality unfortunatelyI would not recommend this product. The item is very cheaply made. The legs do not stay secured when out stretched. Light did not work.

Really Bright for Smaller Lights
I used 4 of these to light up a classroom where I do hybrid training with clients in class and online. They are bright. I put two in each distant corner of the room facing the front where I teach from. They work great so far. Very reasonably priced as well.

This is my review of the Kmasic 2 Pack LED Video Light Kit with 63” Tripod Stand.Iâve been looking for some reasonably compact constant lights for shooting test charts in a cramped space, and these Kmasic light panels really caught my eye.BUILD QUALITYThe housing of the LED panels are made entirely of plastic, with what looks like a flat sheet of metal inside the housing. In this case, itâs not over engineered when you consider they only use about 15W a piece. The LEDâs themselves appear to be mounted onto the sheet metal to help dissipate the heat. Overall pretty good for the price. However, I canât say the same for the light stands. Theyâre incredibly cheap feeling and do not inspire confidence. Theyâre also made entirely of plastic. Donât get me wrong, theyâre adequate for this specific use cases with these lightweight panels. But they would easily tip over if knocked off balance.FUNCTIONAs far as using the panels for continuous lighting goes, they do a pretty good job. Thereâs 3 different color temperatures to choose from, I do not have a spectrometer to test CRI, but I have a colorimeter that accurately measures color temperature.âWarmâ- 2584 KâDaylightâ- 4376 KâCloudyâ- 8468 KSomething to note, is that there are 2 different types of LEDâs in the panel. The daylight or middle setting uses a combination of both LEDâs, and it splits the available power between them. This means that the LED panel is actually LESS bright when using the middle color temperature setting. I measured the warm and cloudy to have 40% higher LUX than the middle setting.Based on the eye test and comparing the colour renditioning to Amaran lights, I would say the warm setting has the highest CRI of the 3 colour temp settings. The âCloudyâ setting is way too cool of a colour temp, it mimics an extremely overcast day, but even more blue than that.Thatâs not to say the CRI is bad, itâs just not comparable to high quality light from Aputure.OVERALLI am pretty content with the value the Kmasic LED panels provide. Even if there were no light stands provided, Iâd still think the value is pretty good. I would recommend them to anyone that needs something compact and portable that doesnât break the bank.

This is a great set of lights for smaller scale photography or video lightning. The included tripods are very easy to adjust and work with; I can grab the light off my desk and get started somewhere else very quickly. The lights themselves feel a bit on the cheap/plasticky side, but on the flip side that means they are very light. Ultimately they do get the job done. The panels get very bright and are easy to control with the inline panel. I personally use these for presentation recording and Zoom calls with a nicer camera and these are plenty bright for that even at lower brightness levels.I found the diffusion a little disappointing. The photos make it look like the diffuser is a very frosted texture that will hide the individual LEDs very well. In reality, the diffuser screen/panel is more transparent than expected, so you can see the individual LEDs when the light is on and it can be a bit harsh at higher brightness levels. My photo is an extreme case in a dark room, but even with the lights off you can pick out the individual lights.

I very much like these LED video lights. I have used just the one of the pair for a month or so now and it has performed well (see video description) for me. The tripod is also good, albeit a bit stiff with regard to the locking mechanisms to hold it at your set height. They did get easier with use but check you have it locked tightly to avoid a sudden drop while filming! They come with all the power leads and the adapters to plug into an outlet so no additional power blocks to buy. Lightweight units to move around but still sturdy. Nice that they work off a power bank for portability, too. Just the slight pulsing issue with the multi-colour option when using a power bank but the single colour, larger, LEDs are fine.Good light and being a twin pack represents good value.Highly recommended.

This is a deluxe set of lights – it’s much more professional and larger than I thought it was going to be. (2 Pack LED Video Light Kit with 63” Tripod Stand, Kmasic 2500-8500K Dimmable Photography Lights,15W Studio Lighting for Video Recording/Collection Portrait/Game Streaming/YouTube Podcast, USB Charger). This set is highly capable! Impressive.

This set works nicely, but personally, I prefer a dial rather than the push-buttons to control my light. Itâs more clear that youâve hit the highest level with a dial and faster. There are no Canadian safety certifications on the included plugs. You might want to swap them out with your own that are certified. Itâs nice that theyâve included them when so many products donât come with them anymore, but, legally, they need to be certified to even be listed or sold in Canada. The cord on the lights with the USB ends is a very nice quality. The lights are super cheap. Itâs that kind of brittle plastic, especially the lens. It wouldnât take much to crack them. Iâd like to keep them in their boxes in the bag but the bag is too small for that. Thatâs a shame. I donât need my lights often so being able to safely store them but still have them be convenient is important. Keeping all the boxes is not convenient. The tripods are decent and work smoothly. They are pretty stable for what they are.I do think itâs an okay set but if I had paid for these, Iâd have wanted the lights to be in a better quality plastic and to have the bag just a wee bit bigger. Itâs nice and deep, but a bit too narrow.
