This is a very sturdy tripod. I bought it because my friend had loaned me hers and I loved it too much so I got one for myself. I would highly recommend. It is adjustable and very easy to use. If you’re hesitant to purchase, here’s the review to push you into happiness. It worth di money. Love it

Phone mount & remote are in the bottom of the bag, shake everything out.
Nice and compact but top heavy. This was understood at time of purchase. This is a phone tripod, not a camera tripod. Clamps for extending pole are easy to use. Assembly required, look in the bottom of the bag for the phone mount. Tall just like it says. Extends from just under 2 feet to just over 5 feet (minus phone holder, 1/2 meter to 2 meters).

Pleasantly Surprised With the Quality
VERY HAPPY with this, especially for the price. It is lightweight but very sturdy — all parts work smoothly and clamps secure with a tight fit. I expected to pay more for this level of quality so this was a great deal. I am 6’1″ tall and I like that this goes as tall as I need for doing my training videos while standing up.
