Very stable
We had picked up a base before ordering this one. The umbrella kept tipping over. We ordered this base and itâs is fantastic. We filled it with sand Only we had a high wind day. We put up our umbrella to see how it would do never moved. Nice thing is it has wheels so you can move it around the deck if you need to block the sun five stars, I would order again

Fillable umbrella base
Large patio footprint but filled with sand and though our patio is located ina âwind tunnelâ area the umbrellas have not flipped over like they did with previous cast iron and granite bases.

Amazing quality! Easy to add water or sand! It comes with multiple inserts to adjust to your umbrellas base size. The color, design & look are the same as pictured. SUPER easy to move around with the wheels. I was worried that it wouldnât move well with the added weight but it was awesome!

Good value
Overall we are very satisfied. Once filled with water they are very very heavy. We have had no problem with them blowing over. And they move fairly easily. Note that only two wheels rotate 360 degrees: the other two wheels move in one plane. The only two downsides are that (1) they’re made of a very thin plastic so don’t expect to be able to stand on them and (2) while we tightened the tube in place very tightly, after several rolls across the patio they have slightly loosened. Overall I’d say we’ve not seen anything better.

Stir and Rolls Easily
High quality, rolls well, accommodates my nine-foot market umbrella and holds up against winds. Bought eight for my community pool sun deck . Love the bronze color which matches the bronze fence and earth tone pavers.

Sturdiness at time of review.
Just got it all set up. Put water in it for this summer, maybe sand later. So far, it is very sturdy and seems to stay in place well. Will see what happens when the winds pick up. Seems to keep the umbrella (not included) held in well, too.

We opened the box, followed the instructions (about 10 minutes worth of set up), filled it with water, done.It holds our 9′ umbrella very well, and moves easily across our patio.Exactly what I wanted and needed.

Quick delivery and just what I needed for the South Carolina coast where metal stands rust in no time. Filled with sand and water and it withstood high winds without moving a bit! Planning to order more!

Pretty expensive for a plastic container with 2 swivel wheels and steel receiver pipe but, hey, it works!. Not quite 5-stars as I found that the bolt holding one of the swivel wheels does not tighten (stripped). If I needed to continually move this around my patio I would likely have asked for a replacement but am rolling the dice thinking that this will not be an issue in the coming years.
