GREAT for business, NOT your daily planner!
First of all, any of the bad reviews that were written because the planner was not good for them didnât read the instructions or reviews before buying it. This is NOT you everyday weekly/monthly planner. This is not where you keep track of your Bunco parties and kidsâ soccer games. THIS PLANNER IS FOR ORGANIZING YOUR BUSINESS GOALS. That being said…I was finding myself struggling to get organized in getting my new business off the ground. I had SO many different things I knew I needed to take care of, but when I would sit down to work on them I didnât know where to start. I had been eyeing this planner for a while, reading the reviews, thinking maybe it was what I needed to help get organized and get focused. And thatâs exactly what it was!This is an undated 3 month planner. The idea is you start wherever you are, and give yourself a three month goal to accomplish. You break that goal into the parts you need to accomplish it. And then you break those parts into the individual tasks you need to accomplish each part. Then you map out your month, your week, and then each day, deciding how much time you have to focus on your business, and this what tasks you can accomplish. You slowly start completing tasks, and then youâre on your way to accomplishing your three month business goal!THIS PLANNER TAKES DEDICATION AND WORK. You have to be committed to sitting down every week, and at the end of every day, to map out where you are headed. You must be committed to it in order for it to work for you! But if you put the time into it, it will absolutely help you laser focus your attention and knock out your big business goals with ease!

Manifested this Planner!
As an entrepreneur, wife and mother of two young adults in college, daughter, sister, counselor, coach, friend, boss, and all the other identities that are me, I was completely overwhelmed. I manifested a way to organize my life and set business and personal goals. THIS IS IT! The LOA planner is beautiful, comprehensive and easy to use. It could be overwhelming, but the videos help. I found that I needed alone time in my brain to really get into it because it requires reflection and honest considerations. And there are motivations written into it along the way. Totally worth it. Iâve already manifested more stability, my first VA and more revenue!

Can’t function without it!
This is a truly phenomenal planner and company! For a brief time they sold out and I thought that I could get by with another planner. But honestly, there is nothing that even comes close. I committed to the other planner for a quarter to allow time for the habit to build but just felt all out of sorts, overwhelmed, and not at my peak-level productivity. The ifocus planner keeps me in check every week and performing at my highest level. I’ve learned through being an entrepreneur in the past that planning is key. This planner has a fantastic planning guide at the front and when used properly is an invaluable tool. But even if new to the planner and just getting use to using (I suggest to tackle one component at a time until it feels natural, then move on to the next – be kind to yourself and allow time to learn the system slowly so it can be of most benefit in the long-run), just using the weekly and/or daily planning pages makes all the difference in being in charge of your day instead of letting the day control you. Additionally, I love the size of this planner (fits perfectly in my purse but also has plenty of room for writing everything I need to) and how it can lay completely flat when open. I’ve already turned several co-workers onto the planner and – just in case it sells out again – I now order two at a time! I’ve learned my lesson 😉

Seems like an ok planner, but I donât get the rave reviews
Iâm reviewing based on the overall look, as I have just received it and havenât used it. Itâs a nice size – about 5×7 – and feels sturdy, but I already have some issues Iâm not going to like. 1) It comes with a quick start guide. Great idea, but the ink color is so light, I can barely see anything but the headlines or subcategories. Everything else â text and graphics â is almost invisible. 2) Inside the planner, the same problem exists. The color is too light. Not as bad as the guide, but I donât want to have to fight to see lines or text. 3) Thereâs an elastic band for securing the book. Itâs attached to the back cover. Thereâs no way to remove it. Itâs just in the way and prevents the book from laying flat. 4) Binding is just a regular book binding, so the pages donât lay flat. Just a personal preference. Iâm not reading it, Iâm trying to write in it.It comes in attractive packaging, Iâll give it that much. But overall, it needs design improvement to be really useful.

Good idea but not great.
Good planner but not great. The activity points I found them confusing as well as the numbers for the named priorities and trying to adjust and learned at the same time on a 90 day plan is time consuming.90 day plans and execution should be kept simple and sincere, not crowded with lots of points and with multiple priorities. Though it was a good way to write and follow up your goals on a daily basis, that was the only takeaway from this project.

Finally someone really got it right! The creators of the ifocus planner provide outlines, best practices, tutorials, and planning tools that every small business owner needs when planning out their priorities. This now my number one tool for keeping myself organized.Update:I responded to a free giveaway email that I received and had an unbelievable experience. I had the chance to speak to the creator Vicky. Surprisingly, she was on the other end of the email and enjoys chatting directly with her customers! Not only did I get the chance to win a free ifocus planner but I had one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Sheâs very friendly and open to both feedback and answering questions. I love the fact that she still has time to interact with her customers especially in times like this. Let me just say that if the book alone doesnât sell you interacting with her will!!! Definitely a customer for life now!
